About this property

Dennisport Walk to Beach/Pelham House

Our house is in the very desirable section of Dennisport, south of Lower County Road, and a short 2 minute walk to the Pelham House Resort and Sea Street Beach! We have 3 bedrooms, 1 with bunk beds and a twin XL , 1 with a Queen bed and 1 with 2 twins. A full pull out couch is in the LR and AC! We have a private backyard with an outdoor shower. LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED. The famous Sundae School Ice Cream Parlor, downtown shops, mini golf, kayaking, boating and bicycling are right down the road. You will love it here! 25 and over only, no parties, NO PETS.

What a wonderful hidden gem!We really enjoyed our stay here, the house easily accommodated our family of 4 and the walk to the beach could not be beat.It was a great stay and we are looking forward to returning next year.

We loved our weekend stay in this cute, small house in Dennisport. As soon as I walked in I could smell it had been cleaned! It is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The house was well supplied with all household needs in addition to games, puzzles, beach chairs, grill, a nice yard, bikes and other outdoor games. The AC came in very handy one night when it was humid. The outdoor shower is definitely a plus. We would no doubt rent this house again if we were to stay in Dennisport. You do need to bring your own sheets, towels, and paper goods. I would rate this house as excellent.

Memorial Day Weekend Stay

My friends and I stayed at this gorgeous property for Memorial Day Weekend this year, it was amazing. The house was small, but adorable and fit everything and everyone we needed. It was very clean and organized when we got there. The location is perfect, walking distance to a beach, perfect for sunsets and what not. Also, quick drives to stores for groceries. We loved our stay!!
