*** Fantastique condo récemment rénové! ***

Si l'emplacement est la chose la plus importante pour vous, ce petit complexe de condominiums appartenant Ă  des particuliers est l'endroit idĂ©al. Ce condo de 2 chambres Ă  coucher et 1 salle de bain est simple, dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t et rĂ©pond Ă  tous les besoins de votre famille pour passer un excellent sĂ©jour Ă  la plage. Ce condo Ă  l'ïżœïżœtage, n ° 202 Ă  l'Ocean Inn, se trouve Ă  quelques pas de la piscine et du parking et possĂšde de grandes fenĂȘtres pour laisser entrer beaucoup de lumiĂšre naturelle. Il fait face au sud-ouest, de sorte que nos magnifiques couchers de soleil bas pays passent directement Ă  travers la fenĂȘtre. Il n'y a pas de vue sur la plage, mais si vous regardez de cĂŽtĂ© les fenĂȘtres de la chambre, vous pouvez voir une petite partie de la vue. Pas de couchage pour les adolescents cependant - chacune des chambres a aussi une grande fenĂȘtre lumineuse pour vous laisser savoir quand il est temps de commencer la journĂ©e. Avec leurs hauts plafonds et leur lumiĂšre naturelle, les chambres se sentent beaucoup plus grandes qu’elles ne le sont. Les chambres sont petites mais assez grandes pour un lit confortable et une bonne nuit de sommeil. (Vous savez que vous ne serez pas beaucoup lĂ -bas de toute façon.) La cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e de vaisselle, verrerie, casseroles et poĂȘles. Avec toute la cuisine fabuleuse de l'Ăźle, Ă  Charleston et dans les environs, vous n'aurez peut-ĂȘtre jamais besoin de cuisiner beaucoup, mais il est pratique d'avoir tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des petits dĂ©jeuners et des repas faciles.

En parlant de cuisine, les restaurants de l’üle sont trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©s des touristes et des locaux. SituĂ© dans un rayon de 3 rues, le quartier des affaires Isle of Palms abrite des restaurants et des magasins, un service de location de cyclomoteur, un spa et mĂȘme un atelier de rĂ©paration d’ordinateurs. Ce complexe se trouve en plein milieu! Un peu plus loin, mais toujours Ă  distance de marche, se trouvent l’épicerie, un magasin ABC «point rouge» (du Sud pour Liquor Store), une clinique vĂ©tĂ©rinaire, un dentiste, etc.

Aucun de nos restaurants sur l'IOP ne ferme pour l'hiver, mais c'est certainement plus achalandĂ© ici en Ă©tĂ©, lorsque le bar et la scĂšne musicale en direct sont trĂšs animĂ©s avec de la musique en soirĂ©e. Si vous planifiez Ă  l’avance, vous pourrez peut-ĂȘtre obtenir des billets pour un spectacle au Windjammer, un lieu de rendez-vous de l’üle des Palms qui propose un bar / restaurant en bord de plage le jour et un bar / musique le soir. Noix de coco ', The Dinghy, The Refuge ont aussi de la musique.

Property was in a great location. A couple blocks walk to beach. Easy walk. Close to a few restaurants and shops. Host was spectacular answering any questions promptly. She even mailed something I left behind! Good water pressure and comfortable beds. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. AC and fans all worked well. I spent 5 days here and it was very quiet. I will definitely stay here again. Sunrises were beautiful.

Perfect spot

We loved our week stay here and hated to leave! We loved being so close to the beach and really loved exploring the town of IOP. The unit was so cute and clean and we really appreciated the beach stuff available for us to use. The property manager was also great and made us feel welcome!

Beautiful and cozy

The property was a cozy and beautifully remodeled getaway. We enjoyed our stay and Beth was wonderful to work with. The location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach or down to the little shops of IOP. We'll definitely recommend this to all our friends and family!

Clean and neat

We enjoyed our stay very much. We actually rent a lot of different condos on this site. They are pet friendly and all units we have stayed in are very clean and neat. Beth is attentive and we just love staying here. It's close to the beach and restaurants and there is no need to move the car.

Always a good spot for a quick beach get away

The property interiors are always clean and as described. Grounds are pretty well kept. Management is very micro management focused with lots and lots of rules, signs and labels in every nook and cranny reminding you what to do and not do. Probably necessary for a property that gets lots of young people wanting to party at the beach. Most of the renters seem to be families so I am not sure what happened that required all the signs and labels everywhere. Parking at restaurants and other businesses on Sullivan's and IOP is limited so a LSV or golf cart is a good thing to rent while you are in town. Carts are allowed at the Ocean Inn, but you are not allowed to charge them. With this ridiculous information I sourced a gas cart vendor. I was checking out on Sunday but the cart vendor would only pick Mon - Fri. I asked Ocean Inn management to let it stay over night for pick up Monday morning. They said no. Not because of a parking space need but because of insurance liability. They posed the question who'd be responsible or take care of if it if someone backed into it. I was forced to talk the golf cart company into picking it up Friday for this reason and they made an exception and picked it up Saturday morning. I conveyed this to the Ocean Management to appease them. A few days later they told me that the cart could be dropped anytime the day I was checking in. The cart was dropped early AM that day with us checking in late that day. So what about the insurance concerns for those hours we were not there? Ocean Inn went on to recommend a moped rental place behind their property after I went through all this. It would have been nice to have add that info before I went through this. Bottom line it feels they fixate on the things that are not as big of an issue. The fact that were a good number of cigarette butts in the properties BBQ grill was off putting to me. They fact that there was a drunk person crawling (literally) to their room seemed more of an issue than a golf cart. I appreciate that you can bring your dog. I just wish there more trash cans. A dumpster out back is about all i could find. No trash can at the pool even. I appreciate their concern for property up keep. It just needs to be consistent, logically and not a study in micro management.

great post COVID family time!

this was a spectacular place to stay. Easy 1 block walk to beach, ocean side restaurants, Buba, ice cream and a short drive to Charleston and all the history and plantations. Easy to rent surf board and rented boat for the day for boating to Sullivan's Island. Spectacular time!

Great place close to the beach and good restaurants.

My wife and I and our pup enjoyed our stay. It was great! Walkable to the beach and to a great breakfast spot. Not too far from downtown Charleston too. Everything was clean and amenities were great. Would definitely book again.

Getaway

We had an awesome experience. The property is right by the beach. The place was clean and just as advertised. The property manager is super nice and helpful. We visited with our dog and found them really accommodating. Other renters were pleasant when we ran into each other in passing but never really knew any one else was there once we were inside. We loved it so much we booked another unit at the property during our stay! Definitely recommend you give it a try!

The property was very well decorated and updated. It's just the location was looking at the back of a restaurant in a gravel parking lot. No beach view whatsoever. Teeny tiny rooms, but again, very clean, very well decorated. Hostess was extremely responsive.

We’ll be back!

We had such a wonderful time at this property! The property manager was amazing and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Place is exactly as pictures, clean, all updated, everything we needed for a week away from the pandemic stress. 5 min walk to beach, everything you can need in walking distance, even the grocery store and coffee shop. We will stay here again. (And this beach is for dog lovers and the place was perfect for dogs with wood floors. Highly recommend

Great place!

We stayed here for a week and had an amazing time. The apartment is clean, comfortable and super close to the beach. The area is very nice too, there is a shopping area walking distance where you can find groceries stores and restaurants. It was our first time in Charleston and will definitely come back to lovely apartment.

Great Location/Pet Friendly

Quaint 2 bed/ 1 bath completely furnished. Beth brought sheets for the pull out couch and all was perfect from there. There was nothing we didn’t have that we needed. It was nice to have our dogs with us. They loved their morning walks!

Perfect for a family of 5.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in IOP at this location. Beth, the property manager, was wonderful. It is a 2 bedroom with a pull out couch. Super clean. Cute inside. Pool was great. Short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Close to beach!

This property was excellent. Only a short walk to the beach. The condo was nicely renovated and had a nice beach theme. There were chairs we could take to the beach along with a beach cart to haul them with. Beth was amazing to work with. We will definitely be back!

Great place!

Five of us- ages 11-42. Loved the location. Easy walks to the beach. Very clean and stocked well for 3 nights. Pull out couch was remarkably comfortable. Kids loved the tv, WiFi, and pool. We will be back!

Great location!

Short walking distance to the beach and an easy drive to Charleston & other attractions. The unit was great & just as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked with quality dishes & cookware. Beth was great to work with and great at communicating with us. The check-in & out process was great!
