Este alquiler de vacaciones es un 2 dormitorios / 2 baños condominio (unidad de la planta segunda) que está convenientemente situado en una calle tranquila del océano; cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, y tiendas de comestibles. Si la velocidad de Internet es importante para usted, le ofrezco alta velocidad (banda ancha) a Internet con 25 Mbps. Compare esto con lo que ofrecen otros.

Además, este apartamento está muy bien decorado y expertamente mantenido. Un muelle de pesca y en el sitio piscina comunitaria están disponibles para nuestros huéspedes.

El condominio es ideal para una familia pequeña o 2 a 3 parejas; ropa de cama incluye 1 doble y 2 camas queen y un sofá cama doble. Esta unidad cuenta con su propio balcón privado y está equipada con electrodomésticos modernos, incluyendo TV, reproductor de DVD, equipo de música pequeño compacto, horno microondas, licuadora, despertador, secador de pelo, cafetera, etc. El teléfono ofrece peaje llamadas gratuitas en todos los EE.UU.. Tenemos Internet de banda ancha (25 Mbps) con WiFi. No hay aparcamiento en la calle para mis invitados. Una lavandería de monedas está a una cuadra de distancia del apartamento.

Great Location for the Price!

Finding two bedrooms and two baths this close to the beach would be impossible—a perfect location to get out and in without dragging everything out.

Isle of palms vacay

Absolutely perfect location. Unless you want to see sights around Charleston you would never have to drive anywhere. Groceries restaurants, seafood market, butcher shop all within a 5 minute walk. Also only a 3 minute walk to the ocean. The private pier was great too.

Thanksgiving Vacation

It was a great place for our family of 4. The location at the beach and near a grocery store was perfect. We received permission to check in earlier than 4 p.m. and that was greatly appreciated.

September stay

We enjoyed the stay with two exceptions. One was the couch that was worn. While speaking to the owner, he indicated that it was to be replaced. The other, was the two mattresses in the room without a tv have lost their support and should consider replacement. The mattress in the other room was very comfortable. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

I do not recommend renting from this owner

When we checked in there was a very strong chemical smell causing headaches, watery eyes, etc. I msgd Richard and he said it was it was just the cleaning agent & “oh well!”. We discussed it should dissipate with the windows open and decided to stay. Also, there was nowhere else with availability in the area on a Saturday evening. We determined the majority of the smell was coming from the master, so we both slept in the second room & closed up that side of the condo. The next day we were gone all day, left the windows open, & it smelled just as strong so again we reached out to Richard in the am. At that point, I asked for a partial refund since we weren’t able to use the whole condo, he said he would consider it & have the house cleaner, who is also his sister-in-law, come the next day & meet with us at check out time. She said she was using a concentrated cleaner & may have mixed it too strong (I think it may have been spilled in the master bedroom) We checked out and never heard from Richard. We stayed at a hotel in town the next night and the clothes & luggage had such a strong chemical smell it made the hotel room smell. 3 days later, they still smell & I have to wash everything, regardless if worn. When I contacted him regarding a partial refund, he was rude & lied multiple times. He said if I left a bad review, he would also leave one about me. Not only that, he didn’t care about our well-being & never checked on us.

Very clean, well-equipped condo in perfect location

Very pleased with this condo! Super clean, kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need, easy check in /check out. Location is close walking distance to beach, grocery store, and restaurants. This condo is by far the best one I have rented in this complex. Highly recommend it. We had a great beach vacation.

Nice stay in Isle of Palms

We stayed here for our spring break in early April. Six of us enjoyed this property and amenities. Richard is a very good communicator, and checking in was seamless. We appreciated the coded lock on the front door which made it easy for each of us to get in if we were separately out and about. The location was walking distance to the beach, private fishing pier (the only pier out there!), many restaurants, a few shops, and the grocery store. We appreciated use of the beach chairs, the balcony, ease of parking, a working blender, a Brita filter pitcher, many pans and utensils, the tiered clothes/towel dryer on the balcony, lots of storage, the nice soundbar, room to sleep three in the second bedroom, the pull out couch, and the furnishings. While I usually prefer to have laundry facilities in the unit, we ended up not needing or using the ones in the next We would recommend this accommodation to anyone!

Great place for a small family getaway

Without a doubt, one of the best stays in our family’s travel experience! In comparison to other units in the same building, this property was immaculately clean, with all the accommodations/supplies one would need for a family getaway. It was convenient to the beach, restaurants and grocery store.

Excellent rental experience.

We have been going to Charleston for several years and love the area. This year we decided to stay out at Isle Of Palms for a change in scenery. This condo was well described in the listing and in email correspondence with the owner/ property manager. Before arrival he provided detailed instruction which were detailed and easy to follow. Upon arrival, we found everything promised and the unit fully equipped. A Harris -Teeter store is about a block's walk from the condo as well as restaurants and bars, beautiful beaches, access to Charleston and Mt Pleasant. The unit comes with an included parking space onsite which is a super benefit in the Greater Charleston area. We can highly recommend this rental after our two week stay.

Girls trip

A nice place, very roomy. One bedroom was full size bed and twin bed. Kitchen was well stocked. Great place but unfortunately no view of ocean. You are facing the next building. A little bit of walk to the beach but not bad.
