Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Place tied trash in correct bins (trash/recycle). Put bins out night before pickup ([day]). No trash left inside at checkout. Fees may apply for excess or improper disposal.

Please load dishwasher with used dishes, add detergent, and run before checkout. Hand wash any extras. Leave clean dishes in rack or dishwasher. Thank you!

Place used towels in the tub and used linens in a pile on the bed or floor. Please do not remake beds. Leave unused linens folded. Thank you!

The property was very clean and well-appointed for a family stay. The kids claimed the basement level as their "hangout spot" and had a blast. I had reservations about street parking, but it was never an issue. The host was always timely with useful information and was with us without having to physically be there. I would recommend this property and host to anyone looking to travel to Charleston, WV!

You can also walk to see the Charleston Dirty Birds Baseball team and you are close to local restaurants, the amazing Clay Center Museum, The East End Park, Capitol St, Slack Plaza, Haddad Riverfront Park and the Coliseum.
