Our BEAUTIFUL 3 bed/3.5 bath home in the heart of Venice has flexible bedroom configuration and is the perfect home for large families!
Bedroom(s) 2 and 3 can be configured with a king bed or two twins, making it an excellent home for three couples and one single or one couple and five singles.
We also have a full size futon bed in the living room which can be sectioned off for privacy.
**Please inquire about discount rates based on availability.**

Our very unique, contemporary 2500+ sq. ft home has lots of space for everyone in your group to come together or to find their own privacy..
There are 3 indoor and 2 outdoor sitting areas. The outdoor 'zen' garden is a lovely, relaxing space to spend time and the roof deck provides a great place to grill with family and friends.
Other amenities include a foosball table, bikes and beach supplies.
Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and all the bedrooms are comfortably sized.
Our home is a block away from the trendy Abbot Kinney district and is surrounded by culture and entertainment.
Close to shops, restaurants, the Venice Boardwalk & of course, the amazing beach, we know you will love our home as much as we do!

The host has a separate apartment on-site and is available for all your needs.
Please note: No visitors without the express permission of the Host. Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed.
Guests will be required to provide ID/DL and may be required to sign a separate contract agreeing to abide by all rules.

Our host was easy to communicate with, and made us feel very welcome. The house has a great vibe, very clean and has lots of natural light. It is so close to the beach. We had a great stay.

Everything was in order for a family stay. We didn’t cook as we had planned activities outside of the home. The location was great with walkability to shops and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place was perfect! Exactly as advertised, walkable to all kinds of Venice restaurants, activities, and the beach. The hosts were incredibly responsive and lovely to have help with any minor issues.

This is a great place to stay for a vacation at Venice Beach and Santa Monica area. The location was excellent! Walking distance to the beach and all the stores and restaurants on Abbott-Kinney. Felt like a very safe area. The space itself was great too. All the bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was nice, and the extra bed off the living room was actually a pretty cozy space. Lots of different sitting areas to hang out in, so a large family could all have their own space. The house could use a little freshening up, but they do keep it clean. And the owners and managers were excellent to to work with! They are very friendly and answered all our questions, They even worked with us to get us in the house a little bit early, and offered to mail us some items we left behind. Overall would highly recommend this place.

Very Convenient!

We stayed in this home while in California for a family retirement ceremony. The house provided amazing spaces for us to hang out....and was spotless.Highly recommend!

Xmas

We tried something new this year and wanted to spend Christmas on the Coast. We had a wonderful time as a family. It happened to be the perfect size for all of us. We were able to cook some of our meals and spread out a bit. The place was spotless and very secure. A short walk to the beach and the board walk with several options for coffee and food. The host Stephan was quick to respond and very informative about the neighborhood. We would absolutely love to stay here again

Great property, great facilities and plenty of space

Really comfy property with plenty of space for our family and plenty and very well equipped. More than enough space for the family to have their own space after a full day taking in the city. The team behind this property are great, really responsive and helpful. Location is handy, easy to get to the beach, easy to get to from LAX and secure garage parking which was definitely a bonus. The area itself is interesting, no fault of the property, but Venice has it's unfair share of homeless (it did when we were there at least), making the general area not feel as secure as you'd like. The team were great in letting us know where to avoid at night which is really handy having local knowledge and a young family. Top suggestions for people visiting: * Three beams pizza does fantastic rectangular pizzas for a quick eat when you just need to feed your family quick. * Whole foods is a very short drive away and much more pleasant than shopping in CVS * Mao's was a great little Asian themed restaurant/takeaway * Jennie's ice cream (near Venice beach) does awesome ice cream. We used the property as a base to explore a huge amount of LA. felt like we only scratched the surface but was superb to have a comfy relaxing house to come home too. Family are already suggesting we go back for longer 😀

Lovely house

We loved staying in this beautiful house. It was very clean and well equipped. The pictures shown on the site are authentic. The house has three layers plus rooftop terrace, so there are many stairs and consequently the house is not suitable for very young kids or disabled people. We did not like the neighbourhood, mainly because the house is located close to a main street, which is loud and dirty.

Great spot for a reunion in LA

Met up with 3 college friends for a reunion n LA. This house was perfect for the 4 of us, clean and comfortable with plenty of places to hang out. Great hosts, very communicative. Highly recommend.

Great location and wonderful overall space!

We had a wonderful stay in this Venice home! My oldest son was getting married and our family came in from out of town to celebrate. The home was perfect for our needs -- lots of room, clean, well-appointed, close to the beach, and comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect vacation house

Beautiful, clean house. We had such a great time at this house in a great location with multiple sitting/gathering areas and adequate bedrooms with bathrooms attached. We were doing a 50th college reunion and the house could not have worked out better!

Great location!

I stayed here this past week with my family of 3 kids, husband and MIL. My family and I rent on VRBO at least 2x/year and this was by far the best experience we’ve had. Bob and Jim are very responsive to messages and we felt fully taken care of. They met us at the home to give us a quick tour and offered us suggestions on places to go (and avoid) with the kids. The house was in a great location and we were able to walk to the beach, stores, and nightlife. The house is a great size and very clean. They even had small toiletries for us in each bathroom. We would highly recommend this house and the owners and we hope to rent with them again!

Fun at Venice Beach

The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and shops along the strand. The home was exactly as listed, and they were helpful in arranging beds to fit our needs. We had room to get together, and plenty of spaces for each of us to "get away" inside the house. We would be happy to return again!

Great spot near the beach

Convenient walk to Venice and Santa Monica beaches and restaurants. Garage fit two large cars (minivan + Highlander). House was clean and well stocked. Communication was excellent with property managers.

Exceptional Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Venice/Santa Monica. The communications with Bob and James leading up to the visit was seamless and checking in with Stephan was easy as can be. We had my parents (early 80's), my wife and I, and the kids (nieces, nephews, children) ranging from 17 - 25 years. Everyone loved the set-up and amenities. A little more challenging on my mother with the 3 levels and stairs, but that was nothing major. When you enter from the garage, the lower room was a perfect escape for my nephew. Foosball table and comfortable environment. The patio was peaceful and many nights hanging out with family. The second floor included the bedrooms. All had private baths and great space. Two of the rooms are technically master bedrooms so it worked out quite well. Top floor was the kitchen, dining room/sitting area, and family/living room. Plenty of space to navigate and everything we needed was there for cooking and spending time together. Roof deck was a great bonus! It took us about 3-5 minutes to walk to the boardwalk and beach with restaurants and coffee shops all within close proximity. Lots to do and we spent quite a bit of time up towards Santa Monica and over on streets like Abbot Kinney Blvd for dining and shopping. Everything was easy access. Even though it is a busy street, it never affected us and you felt like you were in your own oasis. Would definitely return and enjoyed every minute of our trip.

Great way to see Venice Beach

The house was a perfect location to enjoy Venice Beach and to explore shopping and restaurants on Abbott Kinney. The layout was unique- we enjoyed the rooftop patio and the backyard! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!!
