Cozy home conveniently located in downtown Hendersonville

Come and enjoy a peaceful stay in this cozy home conveniently located downtown Hendersonville, NC. This 1920's home has been fully renovated but still offers character and charm. A short walk to downtown Hendersonville and close to many tourist spots. 1 block away from Pardee Hospital. Convenient to travel to many areas such as Asheville, Greenville, Saluda, Brevard, etc. Near the Ecusta Trail. You can walk, bike, drive to many tourist areas.

This home offers one level living consisting of 2 bedrooms (each has 1 queen bed), 1 bath, full kitchen, dining area and office space. A wonderful covered porch to relax and enjoy your time away. The rental space is the entire upstairs of the home. The lower level is closed off and not available for rent.

Central A/C and heat, washer/dryer

Living room has a 50" Smart TV where you are able to log into your accounts. Some board games and puzzles are provided.

Full size kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, utencils provided. Keriug coffee maker. Ice trays are available. Dish soap and hand soap is available along with a one roll of paper towels to get you started. You will need to provide spices, sugars, groceries, additional paper products, etc that you will need. No dishwasher

Both bedrooms have queen beds. We know how important it is as a guest have clean linens. We change our comforters, blankets and linens after each stay. We sanitize all areas to assure a clean and safe home for your stay. Luggage rack located in each closet. Iron and ironing board located in the back bedroom closet.

1 bathroom- has tub/shower combo. Bring your own bath soap, shampoo, conditioner. Towels, hair dryer and handsoap for the sink and a roll of toilet paper are provided to get you started.

What a wonderful home Hendo Haven was. Great location to downtown and the Ecusta Bike Trail. The owners were easy and quick to respond to any of our questions. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay here again.

Hendo Haven and host Pam made our stay Hendo HEAVEN. Great location within walking distance of downtown Hendersonville and the Ecusta trail, with reasonably short drives to area attractions, wineries and orchards. Such a beautifully and seasonally decorated home, comfortable furniture/bedding, well stocked kitchen and pantry area for groceries, a welcome note and "honey bear" and CLEAN. Such a welcome! The front porch is perfect for enjoying the birds, trees and plants too. Comfortable porch furniture too! The perfect spot for enjoying your morning cup, waving to neighbors who were also friendly. Thank you for making our little getaway even more than we could have hoped. Pam is the hostess with the most-ess!

Our stay at Hendo Haven was superb. Communication with the host was amazing and the house itself was super cozy, clean, and comfortable. We especially appreciated the fall decor touches! An added bonus was its proximity to downtown Hendersonville and surrounding places of interest. I’ll definitely book this rental again next time we are up that way.

This is a lovely, immaculate home in the perfect location for exploring all that Hendersonville and surrounding areas have to offer. The house is beautifully decorated, extremely welcoming, and to top it off, the beds are extremely comfortable! The host is attentive and accessible, and all of our needs were expertly met. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely book this VRBO again! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit.The location was one of the best parts. It's close to downtown Hendersonville, making it easy to bike to restaurants, breweries, shops, and attractions within just a mile or two. It was also the perfect home base for day trips to Sliding Rock, Dupont State Forest, and Greenville, SC.The property was quiet, comfortable, and exactly as described. The only thing that would have made our stay even better would have been having a king-size bed in one of the bedrooms. Other than that, it was perfect.If you're looking for a clean, well-kept place in a fantastic location with easy access to both outdoor adventures and downtown activities, we highly recommend staying here!

cozy home, well decorated (with the season), great communications with the host. Plenty of room, 2 good sized bedrooms and a living/dining room that was larger than we thought. The kitchen was good sized and well equipped. Home comes with all the instructions for using the amenities. Would definitely stay at the Hendo haven again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this VBRO! The house was spotlessly clean and conveniently located, making it the perfect spot for our needs. We used it primarily as a place to sleep while spending most of our time working at my parents’ nearby home, and it met all our expectations. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly. Five stars for a great experience!
