The house is great. It is pet friendly, very clean, and the location is very convenient. I was with my 90 year-old parents and the house worked for all of us. I would absolutely stay here again. The host are very responsive, and very helpful.

BEWARE...The WORST host I have ever experienced. When we first walked in it wasn't bad but the deeper we got into the house and property the more disappointed we were. We rented the house for the pool for our family while visiting for a BCT graduation and it was not at all clean. The pump wasn't even running that the pool nets were both shredded, not that it would have helped since the bottom was full of sand. It says sleeps 8 but ONLY SLEEPS 6, I did assume this by the photos but the listing says 8. The fridge had perishable foods and expired condiments and the freezers were all but full. The cupboards had so much in them that we had to keep our food on the counters. It's as if someone lives there and moves out during a rental. The master bed was either unclean or stains on the sheets so we changed them before use. The garage had tons of weird random things. There was a carwash bucket with water and rags on the driveway. Rodney took forever to respond and the problems were never resolved. We were also never informed that the pool guy would be coming (his regular day) until after the issues, the lawn guy was also there leaving even more mess in the pool (no notice) and a locator person came on the property as well. We ended up leaving a day early because of these things. He was not willing to give a refund but told me instead that he was going to make a damage claim for things we absolutely did not do...we hardly spent any time there since the pool was icky. Disappointing.

As we seek to continue to provide an exceptional vacation home, we value customer feedback but do expect it to be truthful. So, it is extremely disappointing that this customer would choose to write such a negative and dishonest review. We are a military family and therefore, have a high code of ethics that we adhere to and find this dishonest review very shocking and disturbing. The description of the property to include sleeping arrangements, chef kitchen supplies (which most people love), and the well-maintained swimming pool (as shown in customers photos) is correct and accurate as detailed on the site. We take such pride in providing a beautiful and comfortable place for families to stay but understand that unfortunately, there will always be a few dishonorable people with malicious intent. The guest has requested a day refund because, at the last minute, they chose to leave early. They informed us that their reason for leaving a day early was because they were tired and had a long travel ahead. Outside photos revealed that they spend several hours in the pool. It is unfortunate that this guest didn't want to honor their time commitment and instead decided to damage the property and then write a poor and dishonest review. We know that we have had great people stay at our place and other reviews of our property have revealed how much we care and strive for excellence, always have and will continue to do so - no matter what.

Stay was wonderful and the location was great! Property manager was very helpful. I was very thankful that there were a few items and condiments in the fridge instead of having to buy everything for our stay! Thanks!!!! The snack basket was a great addition. I will suggest this location to others in the future!!

Family Weekend for Basic Training

Clean, well appropriated house with everything we needed for family weekend. Allowed our son to come to the house for the few hours he was allowed off base and enjoy a BBQ without having to go to a restaurant. Large TV, fans in every room, great air conditioning. Host reached out to check in. Thank you

My family and I were visiting relatives in the Lawton area, and this home was exactly the accommodation we needed for our stay. The property was perfect for our family of four, including two teenagers and our pets. The home itself is very spacious, allowing everyone to have their own room and plenty of privacy. There were several areas perfect for entertaining guests, which we appreciated. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the abundance of amenities throughout the home was exceptional; if we needed anything specific, the home was equipped with it.While we didn't utilize the backyard much during our stay, there is plenty of room to host a gathering, and the swimming pool looked amazing.Overall, I would highly recommend this location for any occasion. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home for a few days. If we are ever in the area again, we will most certainly book this property again.Sincerely,Dr. Perez

R&R for Family Day/Graduation

All I can say is absolutely amazing! Convenient! Quiet! Loads of fun for our solider on Family Day and for the whole family. We are grillers and chefs, and this place is perfect if you enjoy cooking and barbecuing and lounging out by the pool.. when we travel, I normally pack the kitchen sink, but this kitchen was so stocked and had everything a cook or chef could possibly need or want to cook a wonderful gourmet meal and grill the best meats. This place was amazing. Plenty of space, plenty of separate rooms for sitting and talking, a nice covered pool area, we could not have asked for more. Thank you Rodney for providing such a lovely home and retreat. We will cherish these memories forever!

NO GAS for 2 of the 3 nightsNo showers or cooking! Found the disconnect notice in the backyard. It was turned off more than three weeks before we got there. The only reply I got from the host was "I didn't even know someone had rented the place". There was no apology or offer to help in any way!! We had to get a hotel and drive 15 minutes just to shower!! Backyard needs lots of TLC. Fridge & pantry were full of other people's belongings ithat never got cleaned out. Garage was so full of junk, we had to rearrange everything, just to use one side of it. Blanket on the master bed had hair all over it. Previous stay may have had pets? The host clearly does not care about the property or the people renting it!! I've been using Vrbo for years, and we have never had an issue until now. I called them once a day trying to resolve the gas issue and was on the phone for an hour & a half each time. This was a waste of my time and time away from my family! All of this could've been avoided if people would just take care of their responsibilities! Pay your bills on time? All I can say is choose another home. This one is not worth the money I paid, not worth the hastle, and not worth the lack of care or consideration from the host. DON'T DO IT.

This home made our weekend with our Graduating Soldier perfect! The pictures do not do this home justice. I was very pleasantly surprised on how wonderful this home is. 3 spacious bedrooms. 2 living room areas. And the pool was amazing. That is where we spent most of our time. AND there are 2 parks within walking distance. If I come back to visit my soldier, I will definatly be renting again, and recommending to everyone. This home has been recently renevated with new cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms. New appliances. Furniture did not show any wear, so i'm assuming it is all fairly new too. Even though this is a pet friendly home, the only evidence of pets I found was when we moved the couch to sweep, there was a very small amount of hair under the couch.I did have to google how to use the coffee pot. It converts from traditional drip coffe pot, to K-cup pot.Clean. Comfortable. Amazing.
