The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Smoking under any circumstances allowed inside property or hot tub. A $500.00 Fee will be charged to guests who break this rule.
Guests who don’t disclose all persons staying at the unit (sneak in guests) will be charged $100/night for each unregistered person they sneak in.
Unregistered pets including Service Animals will result in a nightly fee to be charged to you of $100 per unregistered pet. No cats Allowed.
