Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay.

The GameRoom is a detached part of the property and has its own separate entrance and exit along with a bunkbed (full over full) and sleeper sofa for sleeping.

Note: Starter packs of toilet paper provided in each bathroom along with wash cloths in bathrooms with shower or tub, a hand towel, makeup cloths & starter pack of shampoo/conditioner combo and mini soap bar. (please bring more if needed)

No garage access for vehicles.

The walkability of this property is great to get to the beach and many restaurants! You won't need a car for most things except for the grocery store! The home is right next door to a CVS Store to grab any last minute things that you may need!

A separate $30 pet fee per pet per night will be requested after booking. For monthly stays (28 nights or longer), the pet fee is $225 per pet per month.
A lease agreement and a separate $750 security deposit is required for stays 28 nights or more.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person who booked the house, is at least 25 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form, rental agreement and upload a photo of the government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation prior to arrival.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $12 charge per person after the 6th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 6 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.
Please note that we do not have a traditional crib, but we do provide a Pack 'n Play upon request for your convenience. If you plan to use it, kindly bring your own Pack 'n Play sheets.
