This property was great and located almost exactly between Chicago and Grand Rapids which fit our needs. The pool was fabulous and the house had everything we needed to grill and cook for the weekend. They even had plenty of pool towels. The only thing I'd mention is that the pool skimmer could be longer. The pond was lovely and there were lots of birds hanging out in the morning. We didn't use the fire pit but the setup was really nice. Overall I'd recommend this to any group looking to enjoy the Lakeshore. The hosts emailed us a list of recommendations and those that we checked out were fantastic.

We really enjoyed staying in this home. The space was fantastic, the house was clean and bathrooms had been updated. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Our only complaint would be the landscaping, things looked a little rough outside but I think it would be an easy fix. Overall we had a great time and would stay there again!

Beach and pool getaway

We enjoyed the house. The pool was a great addition to our beach getaway as it kept the kids entertained when we were not at the beach. This location is very close to Warren Dunes and Weco Beach. Great beaches with wonderful sunsets. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had anything you would need to cook up a family meal. There were also plenty of beach towels, which was very convenient for our beach going group of 11.

Great mini vacation

House was clean, pool was amazing. Beautiful property. It wasnt mowed though, the grass was quite tall. The fire pit and pond did not look like the pictures. We couldn't get on the dock because it was fenced off. Very minor inconveniences, overrall, we really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and we all loved the pool!

Not Quite as Advertised – Some Major Letdowns OutsideWe recently stayed at this property and, while we were able to enjoy our time and make great memories as a family, there were several aspects of the listing that were unfortunately misrepresented.The biggest disappointment was the pier/dock shown in the listing photos. In reality, it was dilapidated, unusable, and unsafe for fishing or any activity. The pond, which looks well-maintained online, was overgrown with weeds and clearly not being cared for. Similarly, the fire pit area shown in the photos—with wooden posts and a neat setup—no longer exists in that condition. The fire pit was not maintained and completely unusable during our stay.Landscaping around the property, especially in the front, was neglected. Weeds and overgrown bushes covered the sidewalk and front steps, which gave a very unkempt first impression. Additionally, all the trash bins were full upon our arrival, leaving us nowhere to dispose of our own trash throughout the stay.Perhaps most concerning was the wooden deck in the backyard. It had nails sticking out, creating a very unsafe environment for our children.On a positive note, the interior of the home was beautiful and clearly very well cared for. It was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The host was responsive, stayed in regular communication with us, and was receptive to concerns we raised during our stay.With some attention to the outdoor areas and an update to the listing
