I feel the host will need to do better with the house. The toilet chain was broke so we had to go in the tank to flush the toilet each time and there was a roach infestation in the kitchen when the lights were out. We slept with the kitchen lights on. Fifty dollars of Popeys chicken, in the garbage due to roaches. All the other hotels were full due to whatever event was going on over the weekend so we could not leave. Host was supposed to reimburse funds but nothing has been refunded yet. Lesson learned, all that looks good is not good!

The property was very clean and quiet and communication with the owner was amazing. Highly recommend staying here and I will probably be staying here again on my next trip to NY.
