This cozy, updated condo offers awesome views of the ocean, access to the beach is 15 steps away, and sleeps 4 comfortably with a king bed in the bedroom & a murphy bed located in the living area. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, large outdoor paver patio, and access to a variety of amenities offered at North Coast Village.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect—we loved being able to walk right out to the beach and relax on the patio while watching the waves. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! We enjoyed our first visit in September so much that we returned to this same unit last week for 5 days. The location is ideal for beach access and the condo is clean, updated and stylishly decorated. Betsy is a wonderful host and is easy to communicate with. We will return again soon.

Great 1 bedroom condo with essentially walk out beach access. Possible second bed with a fold down Murphy bed. Short walk, less than one mile, from the pier and downtown. Has a gated patio. Will definitely be looking to come back.

The condo is beautiful and comfortable. My grandsons had fun playing on the grassy area while my daughter and I sipped coffee on the patio. The ocean view and very short walk to the beach were perfect! We will definitely book this one again!

Amazing condo steps from the beach. Downstairs unit with a back patio and grass. Lots of great upgrades. Only negative is some traffic noise on the weekends.

Memorial Day get a way

We loved our 4 days in D5! We’ve stayed in other units but we decided this was our favorite. It was so nice and clean and so close to everything!! We loved the beds and the towels! Thank you for having water for us upon arrival!! There was paper towels, toilet paper, soap and garbage bags. We appreciated everything! Can’t wait to come back

We had a wonderful visit. The condos location was great for easy access to the sandy beach and pool. Updated and well decorated. All the essentials for cooking and cleanup. Bed was comfortable and the Murphy bed was convenient. Great unit with lots of good people watching!

Without a doubt, this was one of the best vacations our family has ever had. My kids still keep saying, “This was the best vacation ever,” and I couldn’t agree more.The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with absolutely everything we could have needed and more. We had ordered some things for delivery and we didn’t even use the boogie board we bought because there were a few in the bin. We left it, a children’s puddle jumper and sand toys for other families to enjoy. The location is unbeatable. Being just steps from the beach was amazing. My husband would take our beach chairs out early every morning and we would have a spot saved out there all day. Being so close you can return to the cottage throughout the day to eat and cool down. My kids loved it, It’s honestly the perfect beach and location for kids!! The grounds at North Coast Village are absolutely gorgeous. The landscaping, pool, and overall atmosphere made it feel like a tropical oasis. Check-in and check-out were effortless, and communication with the hosts was excellent. We never even needed to reach out during our stay because everything was so thoughtfully prepared.I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say. Every detail exceeded our expectations and made for an unforgettable family vacation. Thank you for creating such a wonderful place for families to make memories. We absolutely fell in love with it and will be returning year after year. We can’t wait to come back!

We had been visiting North Coast Village for many, many years before we had an opportunity to purchase. When the opportunity arose, it was a done deal! We have always enjoyed the ocean, sun and any activity that kept us close by.
