We loved our stay at this condo during Christmas week. The location is perfect, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the living area is roomy and comfortable. The hostess was welcoming and very easy to communicate with. 5 Stars!

This is a great location and property. Beach, harbor and restaurants are within walking distance. Condo was clean with plenty of amenities. The only issue we had was the television in the bedroom would not work. Otherwise, this was perfect. We will definitely book again.

The condo was clean and worked perfectly for us. We went to bed every night to the sound of the ocean and woke to an amazing view. It is within walking distance to downtown, restaurants and the harbor. It was a great place to hang out in the evenings and relax.

Fantastic location with ocean views and sounds as described! Would definitely come back again. Recommend Parlour Doughnuts and Sanchos Tacos (Flounder Pounder is the best fish taco I’ve ever had) while you’re in Oceanside. Lisa was very good with communication.Thanks Lisa!

Panoramic sea view

The condo was perfect, a beautiful view of the ocean, sand, & pier from the living room & bedroom. The condo was nicely decorated, a large tv in the living room & bedroom. The bed was very comfortable & we enjoyed going to sleep with the sound of the waves. The parking spot was close to the elevator and the entire complex is beautifully landscaped with Beautiful gardens, and fantastic pool. The kitchen in the unit is well equipped with everything you need. Lisa was very helpful & sweet & easy to communicate with. It’s a perfect place for a beach vacation, I would highly recommend it & plan to return in the future.

Everything that was advertised, and more

Everything that was advertised, and more. Not only was the location great - walking distance to the peer and the marina, but the view was amazing. The condo was also stocked with everything that you could possibly want, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, putter for the putting greens that are on site as well as ping pong paddles and balls, much more than we expected, will stay again and send family members.

Adult Get Away

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful vacation rental in California! The view was absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of the ocean every morning was pure bliss. The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches throughout.The lush landscaping made the entire place feel like a private oasis, and the koi fish pond added such a peaceful, unique touch. The facility itself was gorgeous, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The bed was very comfortable.The owner was a pleasure to work with — responsive, helpful, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a serene, scenic escape by the coast! We were sad to leave.

Beautiful week in Oceanside

Comfortable condo, great view of the beach and pier. We spent a delightful week here. Oceanside is a fun spot with easy access to more up and down the coast. Lisa is quick to answer any questions.

Great location with all you need

Great location within walking distance to downtown, the pier, the wharf and steps from the beach. Ocean view is actually better than the picture! Watching the early morning surfers on the deck with a cup of coffee was a great way to start our day. The grounds are beautiful. Check in with the guard was quick and efficient. The owner has done a great job meeting all your needs with this condo. Don't hesitate to check this condo out.

West Coast paradise

Absolutely lovely development - meticulously maintained. The hostess of our unit has gone above and beyond with provision of beach towels and chairs, beach toys, games, books and even equipment for the on-site recreational facilities. Clean unit with a GREAT view of the beach and ocean.

Great North San Diego County Location

We picked the perfect spot for celebrating our 52nd wedding anniversary, North Coast Village, in Oceanside California. The unit was the best for relaxing and enjoying not only the sound of the waves but the fantastic view as well. The complex is located north of the Oceanside pier and has a southern view of the pier and the Pacific Ocean. The unit itself is on the second floor and overlooks other low rise buildings on the property. The unit has outstanding views from the bedroom, living room and especially the balcony. This unit has one bedroom and one bath. The living room has comfortable furniture, including an “L” shaped sofa and an upholstered rocker. There is a fireplace and a wall mounted large television, with cable service. The kitchen is big enough for one person to work in, and has good amounts of plates, glasses and cookware. The bedroom has a king bed, which is quite comfortable. The bedroom also has a television, with cable. We had our first cup of coffee in bed, enjoying the ocean view from the bedroom window. Later we sat on the small outside deck, enjoying the weather and the view. The bathroom has a stand up shower, but no tub. Furnishings in all rooms look new or recently updated. This unit has one parking space assigned, in the secured parking garage. Additional vehicles will need to find parking off of the property. The complex has a very nice, large pool area, beautiful gardens with koi ponds, and a book exchange library near building E.

Can't get much better than this

The pictures of this unit don't do it justice. It's much prettier and brighter and is simply perfect. The views are incredible. We loved watching the beach, the strand, the waves, the pier, and we even saw whales. And being on the second floor is great because you have a much better view than the lower level, and you get shade from the upper level decks. I've been to North Coast Village several times in 30 years and it is every bit as immaculate as the first time - probably better. Situated between the pier and the harbor - you can walk to both and walk to town or even ride the Coaster. It's a perfect location. Owner had chairs for us to take to the beach, oooh the sunsets. The unit was super clean with plenty of dishes and bedding and towels. A big comfortable bed, good shower, and soft carpet. It can't get much better than this.
