We enjoy the active lifestyle provided by the many nearby sports facilities, including cycling, pickleball, tennis, and swimming. While we don’t golf, we do appreciate the beautiful golf course views in the Meadows. We also love Sarasota’s world-class beaches and vibrant lifestyle.

Why they chose this property

We chose to live in The Meadows for its peaceful environment, lush greenery, mature trees, walking trails, abundant wildlife, and excellent sports facilities. Its convenient proximity to Siesta Key Beach (30 minutes), Lido Beach (25 minutes), and the UTC shopping mall (10 minutes) adds to its appeal. As cycling enthusiasts, we also love the quick access to the Legacy Trail.

What makes this property unique

Our condo has been completely renovated, featuring a brand-new kitchen with modern appliances, a walk-in shower, new flooring, and fresh paint throughout. Since we live in our condo during the winter months, we decorated it from scratch with all the essentials tailored to our tastes—we hope you’ll enjoy them as much as we do.
