EntiÚrement meublé, 950 2/3 chambres, 1 salle de bain, cuisine complÚte, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse, barbecue à gaz et foyer. 1 lit queen, lits jumeaux superposés + canapé-lit gigogne pour accueillir confortablement 6 personnes. Draps et serviettes fournis. Un pùté de maisons de la ligne de bus CATA. Cute cozy house! Very clean. Kitchen and bathroom have been recently updated. Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils/appliances. Only negative for our family is that the third bedroom is part of a converted garage and since it was very cold the weekend we stayed that room was quite cold and does not have its own source of heating. The host said that it’s a work in progress so will probably be resolved soon. We probably would have brought a little space heater had we known so just something to note :) otherwise great stay!

Perfect home base for a football weekend! Plenty of room for 4 people. Both the bathroom and kitchen are newly remodeled. The house is on a quiet cul de sac and can fit two cars (the second one has to be angled in so it doesn’t jut into the street). Would definitely come back!

Football weekend

Deb is great to work with and responds promptly to inquiries. The house works great for a football weekend. New kitchen, bath and living room area. The trails behind the house are great for a quick walk. Hope to be back soon!

Football weekend getaway

Overall a good stay at this home on a Penn State Football weekend. It was comfortable for our group and fit our needs. Rooms/beds and pictures on the listing are outdated. There was a 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. Home was generally clean but some areas need a little more attention to dusting/cobwebs.

Football Weekend

We had a great stay at Debbie and Rich's home. It was perfect for a football weekend! Enough room for three couples, minutes to campus and easily accessible. It was easy to communicate with Debbie and she was quick to respond. Thank you both!

Wonderful house and neighborhood

Stayed 5 weeks and it felt like home. Nice fenced-in backyard for the cat to explore, walking paths around the area, great kitchen and fantastic shower pressure (water tower right nearby. :-) ) Friendly neighbors and great hosts, responded to our questions instantly.

Perfect for a long weekend!

Such an adorable property in close proximity to everything you could possibly need, including stores, restaurants, gas stations, and of course Penn State! It had everything we needed for our long weekend stay, the outdoor area was awesome to have, we made a fire and sat outside quite a bit, and the owners were super nice and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again if we ever need to return to the State College area!

Great location

We stayed here for two weeks while we waited to move into the area. It was a great location and close to everything. Enough space for our family of four and pets.

Amazing stay!

We had a 3 month stay here and could not recommend it enough! The house is stocked with everything you could need, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the hosts are easy to reach should any problem arise! 10/10!

Small, convenient and perfect.

Family of 4 went up for a Penn State football game. It's about a 10 minute drive to campus. The house is small, but it was clear that the owners have upgraded it. Really clean, great looking inside. There is one bathroom, which requires some plannig with whomever you are staying with. =) I would stay here again in a heartbeat becuse of the location and overall adorableness of the home. Communication was great. Oh, and Penn State won, which just made everything a little bit Happier in Happy Valley!

A nice welcome to Happy Valley

My family moved from Nashville in May but had a 2 month transition period before we could move in to the home we purchased. We were blessed to find a place that welcomed our furr babies and had a fenced yard all while being affordable and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Deb and Rich were very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay and gave us a nice place to call home until our permanent home was ready to occupy. Thank you so much for a warm welcome to town.
