The apartment is extremely quiet and has been renovated in December 2016 to ensure your stay is is even more pleasant.

The apartment is on the second floor and there is a lift (that is quite unusual for the city center buildings).

The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, extremely clean and comfortable, and very well located in the city. And has a stunning view of the Duomo we never got tired of looking at. Raffaella was wonderful with communication and giving us lots of information about the city which was very helpful. She could not have been more friendly and available to help! This property was a 10 out of 10 and the most beautiful, convenient stay we’ve had and had an absolutely spectacular view of the dome. Rooms were spotless, onsite elevator and laundry, very well appointed and comfortable. Large and spacious yet also cozy. We were centrally located to all the sites and yet it was a serene and peaceful gem to return to between sightseeing for tea, reading and relaxing Raffaella was an extremely helpful and generous host and we felt so well taken care of. I would highly recommend Asso’s place to anyone visiting Florence and it was our absolute privilege to be guests there. We hope to return someday. Thank you Raffaella!!!

This was a gorgeous apartment in the heart of all things Florence! Raffaella, our host, was welcoming and gave us great info on local treats. Beds were comfy, showers were hot, clean and powerful. It's a large apartment which enable us to enjoy some wine, cheese and conversation each evening while looking at the view of the Duomo. I've already recommended this place and will continue to do so. Should we ever be blessed to get back to Firenze, we will DEFINITELY stay here agan!

This is truly one of the most incredible places in one of the most incredible cities I have ever visited. Walking into a space filled with beautiful art and comfortable furnishings, then looking out the window to see the Duomo, felt like a dream come true.We traveled as a group of four ranging in age from 12 to 82, and every single one of us had a fabulous time. The hosts were incredibly gracious, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Having an elevator available was also very convenient, especially with all of our suitcases (and grandpa!)My daughter and I especially loved taking late-night walks around the city for gelato and shopping. The location is absolutely unbeatable. You can easily walk to the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, shopping, local boutiques, leather shops, and so much more.I cannot express enough how special this place is. We are definitely coming back, and next time we will be bringing even more family with us.

Superb apartment in very central location

The apartment is spacious, very clean and well maintained and at least as impressive as the photos depict.Hosts were extremely helpful before, during and at the end of our stay with information, recommendations and help with reservations/tacis. The apartment itself is beautiful and in such a great central location in Florence. The view out of the living room window really makes the apartment unique and such a special place to stay. For being so close to the Duomo and a very high traffic area the apartment was very quiet. Beds were comfortable and it was nice having a full kitchen. The only thing that we had to ding was that the washing machine was broken, and it seemed like it had been broken for awhile so it would've been good to know that before arriving so we could have made adjustments to our travel plans. Other than that, we loved our stay.

This is where my grandfathers had his lawfirm. In fact the Florence Court was just 200 meters away. Now it's the perfect location to visit this beautiful city.

What makes this property unique

You can go in and out and be immediately in the heart of the City, but also feel like you are away as the apartment is extremely quiet. The view from the living room is , honestly breathtaking. The bedrooms have privacy and with a fully equipped kitchen you have the opportunity to buy and cook meals instead of going out every day. Piero offers a complimentary walk around town full of interesting stories.
