Perfect Location, Stunning Views

This property is absolutely stunning. The climb to the apartment includes many narrow stairs and a tiny elevator, but at the top you are rewarded with an incredible view or the Duomo and Florence. Communication was excellent, and we met on the street to be guided up the first time since it can be confusing. Highly recommend to anybody wanting to be in walking distance of virtually everything in Florence, and who also wants to be able to hang out on private rooftop terrace to enjoy a magical Italian evening.

Excellent location in the middle of Firenze

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The views of the Duomo from the apartment were breathtaking. Our favorite was having a glass of wine from the large terrace while enjoying the views of the city. The host is amazing, helped with restaurant reservations and transport from airport. Be prepared for stairs! We were moving our daughter to Florence to study so we had a lot of luggage. There are two sets of narrow stairs and getting everything upstairs and then back down was quite a challenge.

Amazing Stay!!!

Lorenzo is an AMAZING host! He had many tremendous suggestions:- Fantastic suggested trips to the surrounding Tuscany region with wonderful drivers- Personal chef (Luca and Max were amazing) who came to the apartment preparing an incredible Tuscan dinner- Best places to eatand more...And the apartment is absolutely incredible with the best location in the city and jaw-dropping views. Lorenzo was immediately responsive with any request. We truly could not have had a better time and Lorenzo and his apartment made it magical.

Wonderful!

We loved our 3 nights in Firenze in this wonderful apartment! The location could not be better - close to the Duomo and within walking distance to all other sites and great restaurants. Lorenzo and Monica were very responsive and helpful. The rooftop patio is amazing - it's unfortunate that we had some rain when we were there and couldn't take full advantage of it. We would highly recommend this apartment!

Magical views, best location and great owner communication

This was our first trip to Italy. The location was perfect. Walkable to everything. Views from terrace were breathtaking! We used owner recommendations for private transfers, private chef and private guided walking tour. All were spectacular! One of our highlights was a restaurant recommendation for pienza. The most memorable view and food. We will be back!

Great location

The property looks exactly as pictured. We were 2 couples traveling together and the apartment worked out great. The host Lorenzo organized drivers to take us to San Gimignano which was the highlight of our trip.

Perfect stay in Florence

The apartment is an excellent choice for a visit to Florence. The most iconic attractions and historical nuggets are within walking distance. The view from the apartment is beautiful in every direction. The terrace is roomy and a relaxing place to enjoy a glass of wine. Very comfortable and stylish furnishings and there is every thing that is expected in a Five Star accommodation.

Excellence Location for Friends Trip

Beautiful, well-stocked apartment with an amazing balcony. Although we packed relatively light, the elevator was a welcomed feature as was the washing machine. Great communication with Lorenzo before and during the stay. His help to arrange a private car for a day trip to the countryside resulted in our group’s favorite part of the trip. The location was central to most things we had planned and was close enough for us to walk with our luggage to the train station. Excellent choice for your stay in Florence.

Beautiful Florence!

The penthouse unit is small but very nice. Terrific use of limited space and beautifully appointed. Had a magical stay with two adult daughters. Being able to sit out on the rooftop terrace and watch the beautiful sunset and listen to music after a day of sightseeing was so enjoyable. The views are amazing! The Duomo is right there! Our host, Lorenzo, was very friendly and responsive both before and during our stay. We never met Lorenzo but did meet Monica who was very nice and met us at the unit the day we arrived. We were able to drop off of our luggage at noon and go to lunch while the unit was finished being cleaned for us. The small binder of information provided made everything easy to find/operate. The location is perfect to see Florence as most sites are a short walk in this beautiful city. Renters should know that there are 100 steps to get to the living area of the unit (without using the small lift) but still about 40 steps if you use the lift. However, for us, it was worth it and we climbed all 100 steps each of the four days rather than use the lift. I am 71 years old and in reasonably good shape and I was able to do it. We would do it again!

Amazing property in the heart of Florence

The property is exactly as advertised. The host is very responsive and took care of anything we needed. The views from the rooftop deck are spectacular. Steps away from the Duomo, restaurants, and anything you could need. This is the perfect rental for any trip to Florence. We will definitely be back.

idyllic Florentine stay

Lorenzo was a fantastic host for us. Rapidly responsive and able to fulfill any needs that might come up. Facile check in. Arranged for unforgettable trips to the Tuscany countryside with our driver Leonardo. And...need I say...unbelievable views of the Florence skyline to include breathtaking views of the Duomo --from our bed. Can imagine this being a fantastic honeymoon suite. Would/will happily return in the future

Fantastic

The apartment was perfect! The location could not of been better. Everytime we had a question Lorenzo responded promptly with great information. Between the apartment, Lorenzo and his assistant Monica I/we could ask for nothing more. Our stay was memorable and as my wife said we’ll be back. Excellent!
