¡Casa nueva, con vista de 180 grados del lago!

¡Bienvenido a nuestra casa de ensueño en el lago Keowee! Lo construimos en 2017 y continuamos actualizándolo y mejorándolo desde entonces. Sin gastos, esta casa es hermosa! La casa se encuentra en una pequeña comunidad privada y cerrada en la parte sur del lago Keowee. La propiedad ofrece vistas de 180 grados del lago desde casi todas las habitaciones de la casa. A la izquierda de la casa hay una hermosa cala de arena bordeada por dos islas deshabitadas que se extienden por media milla conectadas por dos bancos de arena. Directamente en frente de la casa y a la derecha hay 300 pies de acceso privado frente al agua, compite con un gran muelle. Si bien el vecindario ofrece un entorno privado y tranquilo, la casa es conveniente para todos los excelentes restaurantes y actividades en el área de Seneca y Clemson,

El área de vida interior principal es de 5,500 pies cuadrados, y la casa tiene cuatro porches frente al lago, lo que proporciona un espacio adicional de 2000 pies cuadrados de porche cerrado y patio.

Las seis habitaciones tienen vistas directas al mar. Cuatro habitaciones tienen camas king-size. 1 habitación tiene dos reinas y la sala de literas consta de 2 literas (XL gemelas largas / reinas). ¡La cocina del nivel principal es para morirse! Es hermoso y ofrece mucho espacio de gabinetes y una isla de gran tamaño para cocinar y entretener. Todos los electrodomésticos son de grado profesional Thermador.

La casa consta de dos habitaciones familiares de gran tamaño. El nivel principal Lodge Room, tiene techos de 23 pies, una hermosa piedra de piso a techo, chimenea de gas. La sala familiar de nivel inferior está configurada como área de entretenimiento y tiene una mesa de billar, un televisor de 70 pulgadas y una cocina de tamaño completo.

Hay dos porches en el nivel principal y dos en el nivel inferior. Los dos porches más grandes son para relajarse y disfrutar de las vistas del lago. Cada uno de estos porches tiene azulejos italianos importados y grandes chimeneas de leña personalizadas de 50 pulgadas. Los otros dos porches están en el extremo opuesto de la casa, incluyen uno para cenar y asar a la parrilla.

La parte posterior de la casa está a solo 50 pies del agua, y ofrece una pendiente fácil hasta el patio trasero plano que tiene 3000 pies cuadrados de áreas de recreación ajardinadas, que incluyen una fogata y asientos al aire libre.

Por cierto, ¡es un invernadero ecológico! ¡La energía solar proporciona 14 Kw de electricidad!

Beautiful property with big lake views. Well appointed and spacious. Very comfortable for our small group but could accommodate larger groups as well. The host was very responsive. Close to Clemson. Wish we had more time to make use of all of the amenities.

Wonderful

The property was perfect for our whole family. Everyone was comfortable in their bedrooms and there was plenty of places to find to read watch tv and enjoy the views. The dock and all of its toys kept the kids happy to swim right there. The kitchen had everything you need and the grill was great to have. Everyone agreed it was a great vacation!

Great Summer Vacation!

Our family of 15, including three generations, had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. It is clean, well decorated and comfortable. With two large living areas inside and large screened porches on both levels, there is room for everyone to gather and also to spread out. The kitchen is spacious and the best stocked I’ve ever seen in a rental house. It even has a griddle for “Mimi’s pancakes”.This home is private and secluded with an expansive view of the lake. There are two islands with a sand bar to the left that are easily accessible by kayaks and paddle boats that were provided by the owners. The water is clean and clear. We enjoyed the spacious dock with lots of chairs to enjoy the view and swim, and appreciated the lake toys provided by the owner.We rented a boat and jet skis and enjoyed exploring the lake. Fran was helpful to recommend rental sources. The owners also included an extensive list of nearby stores, restaurants and attractions in the area. They thought of everything! Fran was easy to reach and answered all of my questions in a timely manner.In addition to the lake activities, we enjoyed having the pool table, table tennis, chess set and other games available. To top it off, the outdoor firepit with lots of chairs provided a fun night for family smores.The family agreed that this was a wonderful choice. Thank you for your attention to detail and providing such a great place for us to gather.Linda H

In a gated neighborhood on a beautiful part of the lake. But only 15 minutes to a large Ingles grocery store a dcCVS. Highly recommend this place!

Fabulous Easter weekend on Lake Keowee!

One of the nicest homes we've ever stayed at! Everything you need at your fingertips- this house lacks for nothing! Perfect layout for a large group- accommodated my husband and I, senior parents and two college-aged sons with a bunch of their friends. Use of the paddleboards and kayaks was an added bonus for a perfect weather weekend. Fran is incredibly responsive and was immediately available to help us work through an issue with the oven. Would definitely stay here again. The house is a gem!

Slice of heaven

Beautiful, bright, spacious, clean home in a protected cove. This home had all the features we were looking for - lots of bedrooms with king beds, screened porches, screened dining area, sandy beach, easy walk to the water/dock. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was, from pots and pans and drinkware to serving bowls and spices. This is a special home.

Graduation weekend

This was our second stay at this property and it was just as fabulous as the first time! Fran is always available and very responsive to address any questions. Their property has everything you can dream of from a fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, plenty of porch space to gorgeous outdoor spaces. We traveled with a wide age group from 15 months to 87. Most of our group never left the property. Three of us left for my daughter’s Clemson graduation which was a nice 30 minute drive. It was a wonderful place for us to gather to celebrate our daughter, Grayson, and also our mom and aunt for an early Mother’s Day. After returning home, I received a message from Fran that her cleaners had located an iPad which ended up being my 87yo aunts. She was kind enough to mail it back to us. We will return for a 3rd stay sooner rather than later. Thank you Fran for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!

Thanksgiving vacation week

This beautiful, well-designed and manicured lake house was perfect for 3 families of 4 and our father. It is spacious with a gorgeous porch and view of the lake. The host was very quick to answer with a question when we first arrived. Bedrooms are large and very comfortable. We already are making plans to visit again!

Amazing Annual Trip

This house is JUST PERFECT for our group. We are 6 couples coming back for a weekend at the lake and a Clemson game and this house has everything we need to cook, relax, enjoy the view and play. We will be back every year.

Football Weekend

Great, relaxing weekend with family and friends. This property is perfect for multiple couples. Everyone has their own space….and great gathering areas to enjoy the lake and the view. Fran was always responsive and a great help before and during our stay.

Just as described

The house is absolutely gorgeous and the location on the lake is perfect - you are on big water, but there are sandbars so you avoid boat traffic. We had 4 families so each couple had a king bed, and 2 rooms for the kids. It was perfect. House was super clean and kitchen was well stocked. We had one family that wanted to use the sauna and the owners were very quick to respond to our request. My only suggestion is that, for a house of this caliber, I would have expected a box of tissues in each bathroom along with a starter bar of soap. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous weekend on the lake

We had a great time at this lovely house! There was so much space to spread out with all the wonderful porches and two separate living rooms. We enjoyed the lake and all the fun lake toys too. The house was very convenient for us to attend the Clemson game as well. Looking forward to renting again!

3 Generations on the Lake

We had a family with 3 generations (8 adults and 5 children under the age of 7) at the house for a week and had a wonderful time. The layout of the house is perfect for a group our size and everyone had their own space to retreat to, while still having large gathering spaces for everyone to be together. We especially loved the screened-in porches! We will definitely be back!

Great Lakefront Property

This home is amazing and so comfortable for a large group. The property was clean and welcoming. There was an abundance of activities on property such as kayaks and paddle boards and the property is close to great hiking trails. Highly recommend.

Great Thanksgiving

Our family spent Thanksgiving together at the house. Perfect for entertaining and the kitchen is perfect for a large groups. Spent time enjoying the pool table, sitting by the fireplace and enjoying the cool weather.

Wonderful home

This house was just perfect for our group. We are 6 couples that have been attending a Clemson game for over ten years and this was by far the best place we stayed. There is so much space. Fabulous kitchen to cook and eat together and plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. We will for sure be back

Wonderful Mini Family Reunion

We LOVED this house!! We had four adult couples getting together for a family get together and the layout allowed plenty of personal space plus loads of options (dining tables, kitchen, porches, living room, fire pit) for bringing everyone together. The place was clean and well-appointed. The neighborhood/cove are quiet; the views are great; the kayaks/paddle boards were a nice benefit; and the binder of local info was very helpful as newbies to the lake. Thank you to the hosts!!! Wish we could have stayed longer but we all left with the intent of making our stay at this particular house a regular thing.

I'm a native New Yorker who moved to Atlanta in 1996. My husband Fran is from Boston and New Hampshire. We have three adult children who have spent most of their childhood vacationing on lake Keowee. LakekeoweePropertiesLLC.com have hosted 100's of VRBO families at Keowee since 2003.. We purchased this land in 2012. It took us about 2 years to review 1000's of home plans before we finally developed the plans that we felt maximized the unique location of the lot and ensured that every room had a beautiful view of the lake. We broke ground on this new home in October 2015 and finally finished construction, landscaping and furnishing it by May 2017.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Simple - Private, secluded big water views to die for! The lot is unique, and unlike any other location in lake Keowee as it offers unencumbered views of the lake. To the left of the home are two private islands. To the right on the far shore is protected state land. After moving to Atlanta we began shopping for a get away location for day trips and camping. We tried a lot of other beautiful places within 2 hours of Atlanta before we finally found Lake Keowee in 2003. We were amazed at how beautiful the lake was. The water is a beautiful emerald green and the Appalachian mountains provide a stunning view from the water headed north. We discovered this unique piece of land in 2012, and it was so stunning that we closed on it within one week!

Quiet exclusive gated neighborhood, with unobstructed views of the lake. 180° view of big water, framed by public areas that will never be built on ; two undeveloped islands border the view on the left and state owned parks border the view to the right. A public boat ramp is less than 1/4 mile away by water. 10 minutes to shopping in West Union which has a great Ingles supermarket, Starbucks, restaurants, and antique shopping. Access to dozens of waterfalls and whitewater rafting within 20-40 minutes of the home.
