Dette rummelige og centralt beliggende feriehus ligger kun en kort gåtur til stranden, men alligevel placeret i nærheden af alt det, Corolla har at byde på. Time to Paws & Reflect ligger i ønskeligt afsnit E af Ocean Sands og byder på naturskønt udsigt over havet. Dette hjem har en omvendt grundplan med et stort åbent køkken, stort værelse, spiseplads sammen med privat hems. Ventur udenfor for at finde rigelig udvendig terrasse inklusive en skærm veranda alt opsætning for at drage fordel af udsigterne. Det store Rec Room beliggende i stueetagen har direkte adgang til den private pool og er den perfekte væk væk fra teenagere og børn. 260 meter til stranden adgang.

Lovely family vacation

The house more than met our needs. It was a very hot week, so we spent a lot of time in the pool. The private access to the beach was wonderful. Communication from the agency was abundant and timely. Highly recommend!

Our Corolla Vacation

We had so much fun! So many things to do and see! We walked the beach, had a great time in the pool! Saw the Wild Mustangs which was fabulous! Ate at great places. Our grandchildren loved the pool and ghost crab hunting at night! Also so relaxing on your lovely porches.

Nice house and good location

The house was a good property for a family vacation. Had enough rooms for all the kids and adults. Pool was definitely a nice place to hang out after being on the beach all day. Proximity to Harris Teeter and other shopping was a plus. Beach is really nice and never crowded. Only minor issue was that the house is 3 stories but feels more like 5. There are a lot of stairs in the house to go from the first floor to the kitchen area so if you have older adults or young kids who don’t climb stairs well, it would be a challenge. Otherwise it was a very nice house.

We had a few problems with the pool losing water and a gate that wouldn't latch and they were taken care of quickly. The pool toys, chairs, etc. were all in amazing condition as well. It was about one and a half block walk to the ocean, and the beach access required stairs due to dune preservation in case anyone is needing easier beach accessibility. Definitely recommend Beach Realty and this well maintained property!

We noticed several minor issues with the property and Beach Realty had someone out within a short time. We liked the large table that could accommodate our entire party of 10 for meals. Being across from Harris Teeters was a plus allowing for quick trips to the grocery store for missing items right before meals. The pool appeared bigger in the photos but was adequate. Overall we had a good experience with this property and booked it again for next year.

Family vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The layout of the rooms was conducive to everyone gathering in one area and being able to disperse to private areas as desired. Laundry from the previous tenants became smelly and wasn't picked up until midweek. Stuck pocket doors were made usable for the last two days of our stay. The kitchen was nicely outfitted with dishes, cookware, utensils. The wi-fi worked well. Pool got lots of use, and the beach was a short walk.

Good location, lots of stairs

We could definitely tell that someone stayed with a dog before us from the lack of cleaning. The top main living floor was great for our 3 families, lots of seating. 2 main tough things with this house - there are 4 levels, so half a flight of stairs to get to each bathroom/bedroom. Everyone would be winded going from the pool/game room up to the kitchen, or if you’re in the kitchen and need something on the bottom floor. Secondly, the beach access has a dozen stairs up and a dozen down to get across the dunes so you can’t bring a wagon with everything you need for the beach. That would have changed our decision to book this home. The house could use a good set of knives and the top toilet is finicky. The pool area worked well for us, there’s a shaded area next to the pool that we couldn’t decipher from the listing photos, thankfully. The pool table was great for our vacation, too. The top den was a great hangout for the teens in our group. We appreciated the responsiveness of the property management.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great family vacation. The home was in a great neighborhood. The open living area as well as the room just above the living room was great for family activities. We were able to walk to the beach, steps over dune were necessary but had some difficulty with steps. The house had a good view to beach. We really enjoyed the poor and hot tub. The pool area was well maintained.The couch in living room had a tear on seam between pillow and back when we arrived.We did have a real problem with whirlpool tub on third level. In fact my husband fell trying to get into the tub because of the location of hand rail on back of tub, along the sloped back of the tub. He had to leave early to have his wrist x-rayed for possible break. Fortunately, it was just a severe strain. The bathtub was slippery and the rest of the family decided to use bathtubs and showers on other levels. The shrubs were overgrown but landscape people came and trimmed the area which was great.

The Absolute Best!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year we stayed at Time to Paws & Reflect - C7801. It’s an absolute wonderful house. The Dunn’s do an amazing job maintaining their property. The free bagels were a very nice touch\treat. This is the best house we stayed at in ten (10) plus years staying at the Outer Banks\Corolla. The house is very clean, welcoming and updated. We’ve been using Beach Realty for those ten (10) years, and never once had an issue with them. We always receive next day service on minor issues we’ve had over those years. During our stay we had a few minor issues, and they were resolved quickly without issue. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained, and good working order. It was a short walk to the beach. This is the biggest upside of staying at Time to Paws & Reflect - C7801. Having the Harris Teeter across the street is a big plus as well. Rental Prices in Corolla are pricing people out of vacation, and unfortunately this is the last year for us. But, all, and all are stay was wonderful, and we highly recommend Time to Paws & Reflect - C7801 and Beach Realty.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year staying at Time to Paws and Reflect. There was plenty of space for our party of 11. Having a pool is the reason we choose the property. The close proximity to the grocery store is a real plus. The community is quiet. While it would be nice to be closer to the beach it is still walkable. We will not be returning to Corolla because of the Saturday traffic jam getting to the property. I do not know why they cannot have some officers directing traffic on Saturday.

Family Beach Vacation

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did have a great vacation and the house is ok but needs some attention. The house was dirty. The bottom level bedroom floor was filthy and the vacuum did not work to pick up the dirt and sand on the floor. There was an alarm clock in the floor surrounded by cobwebs. The dining room table had crumbs and had a sticky feeling even after it was washed. The dishwasher did not clean or dry very well. The living room has a small table top TV it needs a larger one. The bunk beds were unsafe. My 8 year old granddaughter slid out, in the middle of the night, between the mattress and rail. It has too large of a space and is wobbly. She busted her lips on the upper rail. We were very upset about that. The pool lady came to our door and accused us of turning the water hose on in the pool but it was on when we arrived. We did not bother it. The maintenance man came to look at a bathroom sink to see what he needed to fix it, but told me he would not fix it until after we checked out on Saturday, Why didn't he do that before we checked in on the previous Saturday? The upper level side door to the screened in porch did not lock. When we were packing up to leave the people across the street asked if we were forgetting a baby gate. It was on the outside stairs. It was not ours.

A very short walk to the beach and because there's no public beach parking in the neighborhood, there was never an issue finding a great beach spot, no matter what time of the day. The location was so convenient. A grocery store, gift shop, ice cream shop, and restaurant within walking distance. And so much more just a very short drive up the road. Sun rises, walks along the beautiful soft sandy beach, we will definitely be back!

Corolla Vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay at Time to Paws and Reflect. This was not our first time in the Outer Banks, but our first stay in Corolla. We were very pleased with the house, location, and amenities. It was such a short and easy walk to the beach as well as close to shopping and dining. Definitely would stay here again.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: (Let me preface by saying we’re not the type to easily complain or leave bad reviews, but we felt the situation was unacceptable and feel obligated to report these issues.) Our family has vacationed NC beach rentals for years and this experience was one of the worst, especially for how expensive it was and for not even being within view of the beach.1. Very dirty. Carpets and furniture were stained and filthy, 1st fl shower was so moldy it was unusable, entire kitchen and all dishes had to be re-cleaned before being used, the balconies were so rotted we felt unsafe using them, everything was dusty and smelled, and there were bugs/webs everywhere.2. Most things did not work properly. Dishwasher was malfunctioning, washing machine stained our clothes, a door broke trapping someone in their room, some outer doors didn’t latch properly, the A/C was freezing in some rooms and hot in others, and bathroom tubs didn’t drain properly. We had to call maintenance for multiple issues.3. Linens. We paid the extra fee for linens and they were left outside, some were wet and moldy, some sets were completely missing. A couple rooms had to go without sheets the first night until they were open to call the next morning. And we knew we were required to make our own beds, but this just seems cheap and lazy. Overall, for being on vacation we were uncomfortable and inconvenienced the entire time. After booking we realized we had unfortunately rented a pet friendly house which probably explains the filth, but still unacceptable, that’s what the extra pet fees are for. And the online ad did not honestly represent this property, so all the above being unexpected added to the frustration.The rental agency was friendly and responsive (when we could get through to someone) but don’t think we’ll be going with them again and definitely not this property. Had a great family vacation. Loved the house and so much help with any question. Was a lot of steps

Everything was was very clean the house was set up for families. We enjoyed ate vacation very much would rent again . Wish not so many steps .

Terrible Management

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two days without A/C & 7 days w/o a dishwasher. And I didn't think it would be necessary to bring utensils but I was wrong. Spent a lot of time on the phone/email to rectify the problems. The house could be great if management did the bare minimum. I complained numerous times & requested a monetary refund (or even an apology) for the shoddy customer service. None came but this is the 2nd request for a review. I gave you a chance to make it right but clearly you didn't.

Layout was Good!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen is very small, no room to put anything you bring from home. NO empty cabinets. You could put a tall cabinet where you have that strange little cabinet by the steps that would help out your renters very much. Fire your cleaning crew! I rent houses all the time and these bathrooms were the worst I have seen. Sorry but that"s the truth.

Family Beach Vacation

The beach house was just wonderful! So much space to relax and enjoy time together as a family. The kids loved the pool and spent hours playing there each day. There were plenty of local restaurants, and the house’s proximity to the grocery store can’t be beat! Thanks for a great week!
