My name is Tammy Sanderfer and I am the owner of Fiesta Sands and its sister property Siesta Sands (vrbo # 393873). Let me tell you a little bit of information about Fiesta Sands and all of the wonderful features it offers our guests.

Fiesta Sands is a multi-level raised beach house that is 1 block from the majestic Atlantic Ocean on a quaint, quiet street with 2 easy accesses to the beautiful Garden City Beaches. It is an easy 3 minute, flat walk, to the beach where you can relax and enjoy paradise!
The house is decorated in a beach style theme to appeal to the modern family or multiple family groups. With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this home is ideal for the large family or two-family vacations. There are 2 MASTER SUITES, each suite has a KING bed, walk-in-closet closet, master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and private balcony ! Bedrooms 3 & 4 have queen beds, and bedroom 5 has 2 double beds. EVERY bedroom has large closets, dressers and a 32 inch flat screen TV with cable!
The main level boasts wide open, light, airy spaces including a large family room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom area. The living room has a 50 inch plasma TV with extended cable to watch ESPN or the golf channel, and a library of popular DVD'S for your enjoyment. A private deck off the family room offers the opportunity to share a morning coffee or to relax while sipping on an after-dinner drink. This open and and spacious floor plan easily accommodates up to 14 guests comfortably, and is perfect for evening conversations or playing board games with the whole group. Fiesta Sands is the perfect combination of modern convenience and a restful vacation paradise, and of course your small furry pet family members are welcome as well.*

If the beach gets to be to hot, come back home and enjoy relaxing in YOUR OWN PRIVATE POOL ! If there are those in your group that like to stay out of the sun, we have a covered porch just for them, where they can still relax and be a part of the group ! Like to BBQ ? Enjoy your own PRIVATE custom kitchen/bar with granite countertops and a built in Weber grill. It is a great area to spend with family and friends !
If you prefer the beach spend your days lounging on the beach soaking up the sun, and remembering how good a relaxing vacation can be. Take a short walk to the classic Garden City Pier, and spend some time in the nostalgic cafes, shops, arcade and watering holes that have been enjoyed for generations by Grand Strand vacationers. At night the Garden City Pier comes alive with 2 bands that play nightly in the summer. Enjoy watching people of all ages dancing and enjoying the night away or let the kids watch the many people catching fish off the pier.

For the golf lovers in your group, the area provides the perfect environment to enjoy the many championship courses the area has to offer! At Fiesta Sands we offer a storage shed where they can keep their clubs and not have to bring them into their house !
