I cannot thank you enough for your glowing review of your stay at our villa in Runaway Bay. It brings me immense joy to hear about your wonderful experience. I'm particularly pleased to hear your kind words about our staff. Ms. Olive and Austin are indeed treasures, and I'm delighted that their dedication and skills contributed so positively to your stay. Ms. Olive's attentiveness to your needs and her concern for your safety during day trips truly embody the level of care we strive to provide. And I'm thrilled that Austin's culinary expertise allowed you to savor our local cuisine. It warms my heart to know that you found the property beautiful and that it provided the relaxing atmosphere you were seeking. Creating a peaceful haven for our guests is one of our primary goals. I'm touched that you mentioned our brief meeting on your final morning. It's always a pleasure for me to personally connect with our guests when possible. Your recommendation for families with young children is greatly appreciated. We do our best to cater to a variety of guests, and it's wonderful to hear that you see the potential for family enjoyment as well. Should you find yourself in Runaway Bay again, it would be our honor to host you once more. Until then, I wish you all the best and thank you again for choosing our villa for your getaway.

Thank you for your feedback. I'd like to clarify a few points about our full-service villa experience: Our property operates as a full-service villa with dedicated staff to ensure guests have everything they need. Our house manager responded to assist you in the kitchen after hearing difficulties with the appliances - not from listening to conversations, but because we want to help guests properly operate our brand-new equipment. We currently have a double oven unit that was damaged by improper use from a previous guest, which is why we proactively offer assistance with kitchen appliances to prevent similar issues. Regarding the pool, it's maintained and cleaned daily when guests are present. We noted that you and your party used the pool daily during your stay, so we're surprised by the cleanliness concerns mentioned in your review. Regarding air conditioning, we do request that guests turn off the AC when leaving their rooms, especially when windows are open, as this helps maintain the system's efficiency and keeps utility costs manageable. Our staff monitors this to ensure the AC functions properly for your comfort when you return. All rooms are stocked with initial supplies of toilet paper, soap, and towels. When these run out during your stay, additional supplies are available upon request. Security measures are in place throughout the property, and our staff can provide guidance on securing valuables during your stay. Sorry this stay didn't meet your expectations.
