GREENWOOD ACRES RULES
1. Minimum age to rent is 25
2. Quiet hours are 9:00 pm to 8:00 am
3. Life jackets are required for all residents and guests who use the lake (kayak, boat, any watercraft)
4. Fireworks are prohibited
5. A valid PA fishing license is required to fish in Lake Sinca
6. Glass containers prohibited at all community common areas-Beach and Lake area, playgrounds, roadways, etc.
7. Alcohol prohibited at all community common areas-Beach and lake area, playgrounds, roadways, etc.

Greenwood Acres is a quiet, private residential community. Residents and guests alike all value Greenwood Acres for the peace and quiet it provides.

Lake Sinca is a private lake only available for the use by Greenwood Acres property owners and their guests. Keeping the beach and lake area safe and welcoming for everyone is important.
