RRR offers 6 bedrooms, 3 full baths, master suite, great room w/ soaring beamed ceiling, pool table, bar & outdoor space with deck, grill & hot tub. 55” Smart-TVs located in all bedrooms. 65” TVs in living room & game room. Includes access to pool, lake, volleyball, and basketball. Linens & towels included.

Red Rock Run has been professionally designed, decorated, and stocked with all of the comforts of home. We can host up to 16 guests at this property.

Additionally, we include; hand soap, bath soap, body wash, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, etc. See guide book for full list.

Guests will enjoy the entire home and all of its amenities. Please note that Towamensing Trails requires parking passes for all vehicles included during your stay. We provide up to 6 passes at no cost. Additional passes can be purchased at $25/pass.
The gourmet kitchen includes pots/pans, silverware, glasses, dishes, coffee cups, cooking utensils, blender, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, etc. See guidebook for full list.

Wristbands are required to access all amenities; including the lake, pool, beach, sports courts, and clubhouse. Your reservation includes up to 8 wristbands for free. After that, you are able to purchase up to an additional 8 wristbands directly from Towamensing Trails at $10/person/day. These amenities are available only in the summer.

Our home is fully sanitized in between stays in accordance with CDC & VRBO Guidelines to ensure your health and safety.

Absolutely no smoking is permitted inside the home, however you can smoke anywhere outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the designated outdoor receptacles.

We include one set of bed sheets, pillow cases, and comforters for all beds. Additionally, the home comes stocked with bath towels and wash cloths. There is a washer and dryer on the premises for you to launder these towels/linens if you wish.

All of the Smart TVs in the home are ready for your own personal streaming accounts such as Hulu, NetFlix, etc. We do not provide streaming accounts or cable.

Every bedroom in this house has window air conditioner. Additionally, the living room has a 12,000 BTU air conditioner - so you can be cool all summer long! The entire home features zoned heating with individual thermostats in each room for heating. You can change the temperature in each room individually.

We utilize a "Smart Check-In" process that gives you the ability to check yourself in upon arrival with our electronic key system. We do not perform "in-person" check-ins. We try to make everything, from start to finish, as hassle-free as possible for you!

We perform a rigorous multiple point cleaning and disinfecting procedure in between each stay to ensure the health and safety of our guests.

Your furry friends may be permitted for an additional fee. Please contact host for more details. Only hypo-allergenic dogs are permitted inside our home. This means that we only permit dogs that do not shed. Please inquire for more details and exact pricing.

Due to the size of this home, we require a minimum of 6 guests to book. Please note that certain dates and holidays have minimums. Contact host for additional details.

The outdoor grill is available for use from April 15 - November 1st. The grill will not be available for use outside this time frame to protect from the winter weather.

Must be at least 24 years of age to book a reservation.

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the hot tub.

The base nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. After that, the price increases by $50 per person per night. VRBO calculates this on its own as long as you enter in your guest count correctly. The way that they calculate this comes up on your end as "HOST FEE". If you end up with more than the amount of guests that you booked for, you will be charged $50 per person per night, for the nights that you booked.
