Beautiful condo, modern and clean. The exterior of the building is deceiving as to what to expect once you are inside the condo itself. Everything you need for an overnight stay, would’ve happily spent another night.

The inside of this Vrbo is beautiful, squeaky clean and comfortable. The bedding is so nice and new. The outside is misleading, looking somewhat rundown and shoddy.The only suggestion is to put dimmers in the lights, or the option of lamps to soften the lighting which is very bright.

This property is LOVELY inside, which is what we were looking for. The property isn’t what you’d expect for a “condo”. It is more like a very old apartment 6 or 8-plex, but has been upgraded very nicely with modern amenities and is right on the lake (set back off the lake by a parking lot). Everything is brand new and nicely appointed. Spicer is a small lake town and for the various options there, this was a great choice. One thing I may have missed was the unit number (5) that I couldn’t find in the app as we checked in, so had to use deductive reasoning to choose the right key pad to enter. Overall a great stay.
