Watch the emerald waves from morning to sunset. Relax beachside and enjoy the sugar white sand and emerald green water the Panhandle area of Florida is famous for. Sip a cool drink while you enjoy an afternoon break on the oversized pool decks overlooking the ocean. COMPLIMENTARY beach service is provided daily (one set).

This unique, platinum rated condo has three bedrooms and two baths and comfortably sleeps 8 people. It was originally a four bedroom three bath unit that has been remodeled to feature a very large living room and master suite with an enormous walk-through closet! It is the largest unit at the Azure at almost 2000 sq ft!

It features upscale finishes in granite and tile, whirlpools in the master bath, internet access, faux paint and custom artwork. The luxuriously appointed kitchen features maple cabinetry, granite counter tops with breakfast bar and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. The master and one guest bedrooms have wall mounted high-definition flat panel TVs and the living room features a 1080p 46 inch Samsung LED with Netflix, a Blu-ray player.

The Master Bedroom is furnished with a new, comfortable king size bed and plenty of drawer space to unpack. Connected to the master is the large walk-through closet and luxurious private master bath. The first guest bedroom contains a plush queen bed and a large bath that connects to the second guest bedroom. The second guest bedroom features two sets of twin bunk beds.

The balcony is over 300 sq. ft. giving you and your party plenty of room to enjoy a morning coffee while listening to the waves crash against the shore! This corner unit gives you extra privacy and an even wider ocean view.

When it’s time for a beach break, you’ll find everything from restaurants to mini-golf to night-life within walking distance of the complex. There’s a conveniently located Publix just a short drive down the road, along with plenty of coffee shops and cafes along the way.

Situated off Highway 98 on Santa Rosa Boulevard , Azure is convenient to the popular highways that connect the southeast to the gulf. With great access and premier front address, Azure is easy to reach and a pleasure to enjoy!

Beautiful Condo! The view is fantastic, the pool and beach access is great, best to bring a wagon of some sort with smaller kids since the unit is the last in the hallway on 3rd floor and beach/pool access is in first floor behind the main entrance. We really enjoyed our stay? Looking forward to returning!

It was nice. However, there are some things we wished was fixed. The glass on the patio table was missing. The lounger outside is broken. A few maintenance issues that we wish were fixed ( towel racks, toilet running, chairs stained). It was great price and a great location. The master bath is shared with the living room.

Loved the living space in this condo, which gave the 5 adults plenty of space. The area that the building is in is also wonderful so you don't have to get into the heavy traffic that is in Destin.

Alison was extremely helpful and prompt in her responses. The unit was well laid out and furnished for seven. The view was stunning and we enjoyed the pool. We walked to the pier, breakfast, lunch and dinner. We would highly recommend this unit.

Great location but pictures of condo misleading

The overall property is fantastic. YThe condo in which we stayed was terribly arranged, having obviously been remodeled with cheap materials and poorly maintained. Payio unusanle and master had no view of ocean. We would not stay in this particular cono again, but would choose a different condo at this property.

When we aren't managing properties, Jason has a career in medicine and Alison works in Tech. We love traveling the world, playing soccer, and spending time with our two rescue dogs.

Why they chose this property

Despite our travels, we have to admit that we've yet to find a beach quite as nice as Okaloosa Island's - and, no, we aren't just saying that ;). The sand is so soft and plush, and the water is almost always crystal clear. Unlike Destin, this beach doesn't get overcrowded and you can actually sit right next to the water you traveled miles to come visit!

After over 10 years of management at the Azure, we are still incredibly impressed and happy with the complex. You'll find that it's always extremely clean and well-maintained.
