The Space:

This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor to ceiling patio doors in both the living room and main bedroom leading to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the white sandy beaches and the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. In the family oriented dining area, there is a glass dining table that will seat six. There is a TV in each bedroom and living room. Guests can enjoy access to a shared pool during their stay.



What's nearby:

The Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island features stores and restaurants guests can enjoy right on the shore, just under one mile away. You're also just a short walk from delicious crab legs and steamed oysters at the Old Bay Steamer. If you want to get even closer to the ocean, sign up for tours and fun ocean trips at Crab Island Watersports just a half mile away. For folks that like to stay more inland, Wild Willy's Adventure Zone is just under one mile away by car and offers bumper boats, a ropes course, and so many more family-friendly activities.

Our family enjoyed our stay. Checking in was very easy. Location was great. Easy access to the pools, hot tub, and beach. The location of the condo was also great. It was convenient to get to restaurants and the grocery.

Perfect location! We love this condominium complex and come back year after year. Beautifully decorated and clean condo. Amazing view of the gulf.

Great view and location. Small 3rd bedroom.

Overall good experience. Kitchen well stocked and right on the beach. The 3rd bedroom (bunk beds) is really small - but ok for young kids.

The only thing I wish was different was more space to sit in the living room we had 8 people and we could only sit 5 in the loving room at a time other than that it was a beautiful place to stay.

Beautiful place and convenient location

This condo was absolutely beautiful! Right on the beach with anything you could need. There are several restaurants within walking distance which worked out perfectly. The jets in the tub didn't work but I was fine with that because the water pressure and temperature were great. We had a great time and will be keeping this one on our list for next time.

It was very nice! The pool area was nice . The toilet had a couple of troubles and the sink stayed stopped up and kitchen faucet was weird. Be sure and bring coffee filters tolit paper and paper towels and garbage bags.

Great condo, enjoyed my stay.

The only complaint that I have is the beach guy with the beach chairs. He was rude and kept moving us out of chairs we picked that where not reserved. Two chairs and an umbrella came with our room which was very nice.

We brought our daughter’s family including 3 kids and we had a wonderful time

My only gripe was I sent some questions and they were answered after we left Dallas. The 7 of us were in a SUV with limited space and it would have helped to know the answers to my questions before we left for FL.

The property was nice, clean and very quiet. Ideal for families with small children.

The condo was very nice and clean with a beautiful view of the pool and beach. Took the family for Spring Break '18 and the kids loved it. Nice and quiet without noisy partying. House located less than 10 mins away from Harborwalk. Lots of activities on the beach including Kayaking, Jet Skis, etc. My one and only complaint was that there was no access to workout facility. I always had to wait for the morning cleaning lady to open it.

Family vacation Summer Place

The property was in a great location to things to do. Easy check in and even got in earlier than expected. Overall it was very clean. Master bed was broken. We called for repair but they didn't seem to think it needed it. We just made it work . The only other thing was the ice maker had a leak that froze in huge pieces. No sunrise or sunset view which is my favorite part.

Stay at Summer Place resort.

Not bad, just some things that were broken. Sofa bed, dishwasher and no hot water in kitchen sink. The dishes in cabinets, some were still wet and dirty. Probably due to dishwasher not working properly. No pot holders,dishcloth or sponge to clean or wipe counters. Other than those thing's, my stay was ok.

Great Time & View

Overall, our stay was wonderful. There were some concerns with the property itself as far as trying to figure out how to operate ceiling fans/lights simultaneously when all three remotes were on the same frequency. Also, we discovered on the second day that the dishwasher did not work properly. I thought I'd failed to start it the night before, so I put another detergent pod in and started it again. That evening, I figured out it wasn't working so I unloaded and washed all our dishes by hand from that point on.
