Thank you so much, Thomas! We’re really happy to hear you had a great stay and enjoyed the home. You were a wonderful guest, and we’d be glad to host you again anytime!
The property description was spot on. Stunning views of the ocean with beautiful accommodations. We had some problems with the air conditioner, but these were addressed hastily and on the same day. Highly recommend for your next luxurious vacation.

Our group (10 adults) has rented a vacation home every year for the last 20 years, this was by far the most beautiful, well appointed, clean, spacious, and well kept rental we have ever vacationed at. The house is huge and truly stunning; the descriptions on VRBO are exact. Even though all bedrooms were beautiful, the master suite is something out of a magazine. The kitchen had just about everything we needed to cook including two refrigerators, two toasters, two different types of coffee makers, slow cooker, a large blender, pots/pans/dishes/utensils and many spices. Many items that one usually needs to bring were included in the house: hand soap, lotion, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, and beach towels. The lower level has entertainment options like ping pong, shuffle board, board games, books, and a television which were great during the afternoon rain. It also contains a cooler fridge. The rooftop was a great place to watch the ocean, stars, sun rise/set, the thunderheads roll in, or a space launch. The location is residential and very quiet but close enough to everything we needed. The beach is across the street but easily accessible and not crowded. If you are looking for luxury, this is it.
The living space was so large and wonderful for our families. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we have ever had. We tend to cook in and have family dinners so the equipment and kitchen space was great! 2 coffee pots for all our coffee drinkers was clutch! The pool was great as was the heated hot tub. The outdoor grill was great for our grill outs. The front porch was so peaceful to watch the sunrise in the mornings and watch for porpoises and wildlife. We actually saw a SpaceX launch from the roof top! Since my daughter is a yoga instructor we did yoga on the roof with the matts and blocks that were there at the house. Our only draw back was the 4 bedrooms upstairs had to share one bathroom. We made it work by using the master bath as a community bathroom. Definitely a 5 star location for the beach and it is so private just about 1/4 mile flat walk then down some rocks to the beach. We spent a day in historic St Augustine which is about 30 minute drive.
Beautiful house, incredible views of the ocean from various porches and balconies, including the main living area where our family spent most of our time together. For beachgoers, expect to drive (or walk) a mile or so in either direction for the easiest access to the actual beaches. The beach in front of the house, across Old A1A, is only accessible by carefully trying to walk down a hilly, rocky path that older or less mobile guests will not be able to manage. (The house's description does mention this.)The host and the property managers were incredibly helpful and responsive to our questions during the week. They even managed to persuade Xfiniti to move up a service appointment by a day to repair the internet outage that knocked out the TV service also.
