Beach Escape | Oceanfront Beach House with Pool, Mini Golf, Beach Access + Pickl

Named for its stunning coastal landscape, Beach Escape is a luxurious three-story beach house offering contemporary accommodations with breathtaking ocean views. Just steps from the sandy shores of St. Augustine, this six-bedroom, six-bathroom retreat comfortably hosts up to 13 guests. Highlights include a private heated pool, mini golf putting green, Pickleball court, two expansive balconies, and unfettered access to the Atlantic coast.

Wake each morning to seabirds gliding overhead and fall asleep to the sound of waves. Spend the day boogie boarding, surfing, or splashing in the ocean, then unwind in the in-ground pool, which can be heated or cooled. Lounge poolside, dine al fresco, or sip cocktails on the balconies that span the width of the home. Designed for outdoor enjoyment, Beach Escape also includes a Weber gas grill, patio dining, and an outdoor shower for sandy feet.

Inside, coastal luxury spans three levels. The lower level features a living room with a dry bar, oversized sectional, and 86” Smart TV, plus a foosball and ping-pong area. A queen bedroom opens directly to the pool, with a full bathroom nearby.

The main level boasts a bright open floor plan with three balcony doors and a large sectional facing a 65” Smart TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a waterfall island, and a custom-made 13-foot dining table for memorable meals. A king ensuite bedroom and sea-inspired bathroom with walk-in shower are also on this floor.

Upstairs are four additional ensuite bedrooms. Three feature ocean views and balcony access. The elegant primary bedroom includes a king bed, 70” Smart TV, seating area, and spa-like bath with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and clawfoot tub. Two more bedrooms offer queen beds, and the fourth is perfect for kids with a twin-over-full bunk bed and twin trundle.

Each bedroom (except the bunk room) includes a ceiling fan and flat-screen TV. Fresh towels and a full-size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

Great property. Exactly as advertised. Easy check in process and plenty of space for the whole family. Kitchen seemed better stocked than expected with some spices available and plenty of equipment, dishes, cookware, etc. The walk to the beach is short and pleasant and we found the beach itself very enjoyable. Would stay here again.

This is the perfect property for a rather large family. We all had our own bedroom and bath and plenty of room for the whole gang. The rec room downstairs was perfect for the kids to hang out. The beach location was very beautiful and access to it was acceptable. We loved the huge live edge dining table where there was plenty of room for everyone. We would return to this property.

Perfect for a family vacation

We had a multi-generational family vacation and this location was perfect! Plenty of space, great location and incredible view. Easy access to the beach and the private pool made it great for everyone. I would highly recommend this home and will hopefully be returning.

Beautiful beach house

We had an excellent vacation in this beach house! The view, the pool, the location was perfect for us. Just 2 houses from a beach access. Every bedroom had a bathroom, which was so convenient for a big family. The main level was big and open with a big table for all of us to eat at. Definitely need to bring extra amenities like beach towels, soap, etc. but that didn't take away from how amazing this property is. I would highly recommend this beach house!

Beach Escape

We had a great stay at this property. The house is set up nicely for a family vacation and has beautiful ocean views from most rooms. Having the pool was a great amenity. Upon arrival the front door keyless entry did not work but we were able to enter through the back door keyless entry. . We would definitely stay here again.

Glorious Getaway

This home is absolutely stunning with gorgeous ocean views from almost every room. The beach is very accessible, with public access only a short walk away. This space is perfect fir both small and large groups, and is only about 10 mins away from diw town St. Augustine. We’ll definitely be back!

Festive vacation

We enjoyed this oceanfront property with easy access to the beach and a surprising display of fireworks visible from our deck on the 4th of July! Our party of 12 including 3 generations of family took advantage of the huge dining table to eat together and engage in meaningful conversations. Even with minor limitations (no dressers or tables in the bedrooms to unpack our suitcases for the week), we would still recommend the property.

Busy relaxing

There are many choices in how to spend your day from early morning beach walks to relaxing by the pool or riding the waves on the beach. This spacious beach home allowed our multi generation family to gather and enjoy making memories. Unexpected surprise was viewing a rocket launch at Cape Canaveral from the deck at midnight.

Fantastic vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at your beautiful beach house! We had a multigenerational family with many kids and it was perfect. Short walk to the boardwalk to the beach, great location. Very clean and lots of space. Property manager very responsive and accommodating. Many comments said how there weren't beach chairs, toys, etc.... however take a peek in the lower closet and there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, beach blanket that we were able to use! There were even baby gates in the one closet that we could use for the steps since we had several babies under age 2. One recommendation would be a few extra bath towels for each room. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to St. Augustine!

Great location and great house

We spent a week of fall break at this beautiful house. We had two families with a total of six kids. The pool was great the management company was very responsive as well. The only thing that was tricky is the house is not stocked with very much besides the bare essentials so make sure you bring spices and condiments if you plan on cooking. Otherwise a great home!

Family vacay

We have been going to St. Augustine with our family for the past 18 years and I think this was the best one yet! There were 4 generations staying together and we had plenty of room. The house is lovely and just what we needed. It was very clean, well equipped, and conveniently located. The kids loved the pool and the pool guy came by twice during our stay to make sure it was clean. Special shout to Priscilla at St. Augustine Vtrips, who very promptly took care of an issue we had ( not at all the fault of the house). Would definitely recommend this house!!

Amazing views and perfect layout!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property-the layout was great because of all of the outside spaces to enjoy views of the beach/Atlantic. The open floorplan was great for our group as well-the large dining table was nice for family meals! Great location: near the public walkway to the beach , restaurants, grocery stores and only a few minutes to many other attractions. The only odd thing was that there were no dressers in any of the bedrooms so that was a little awkward. There are closets in all but one of the bedrooms so we could hang items but would be nice to have some shelving or other clothes storage for other clothing. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay again though!!
