Walking distance to downtown Bryson City's shops, dining and craft breweries with live music. Great Smoky Mountains Railroad is also a 5 minute walk away. Easy and quick 10 minute drive for fishing, tubing and hiking at Deep Creek. Perfect for multigenerational trips, retreats, and milestone celebrations.

Guests will have access to both floors of the entire home, the driveway for up to 6 vehicles; the walking path to town, the entire back patio (both levels) and the green space below the rental cabin on property as well as the historic cabin.

Upon arrival, guests can access the property through the Schlage keypads on the front door of each property. When booking your stay, please enter the correct number of guests that will be staying on the property. Maximum occupancy at the main home is 14 guests, including children (Two of the beds are bunks and there is also a pullout sofa on the lower level). Maximum occupancy at Walnut Hill Cabin is 2 guests, for a total of 16 guests. The cabin is a short walk from the house.

Hosts are just a call, text or email away for any needs during your stay. We have local staff who can tend to emergencies. Please allow extra time during weekends and holidays.

The cabin is set at a distance from the main home, affording privacy to those in the cabin.

***ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Maximum Occupancy for the main home is 14 guests, including children. There is one pack and play onsite as well for an infant or toddler not included in the guest count. Maximum Occupancy for the smaller cabin is 2 guests. This policy is strictly enforced. Beautiful home with anything you would need. Great location. Easy to walk to town. Enjoyed the game room and sadly was too hot for fire pit but wood and lighter etc provided with plenty of chairs around pit.

Beautiful house but not really walking distance to town. Very narrow road to house. The church seniors enjoyed their stay. The listing appeared to have an extra bedroom but it was including the cabin. Too many spiders and bugs but overall, it was good.

This is by far the best home on VRBO. We were so completely satisfied with our stay. The home is stunningly beautiful, and has every thing you could need. Absolutely loved this home! Five minute walk to downtown Bryson City. House was extremely well equipped. The owners thought of everything. We had a large group and having the extra space with the cabin was fantastic. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions I had. The kitchen was coffee ready , which was a very nice touch for our crew! 1000% recommend! Will definitely stay there again!

Wonderful stay in this beautiful home. As an older group, we suggest that safety bars be placed in showers. Other than that, this a delightful home for a large gathering, and I highly recommend this home.

Absolutely beautiful home! This is one place where the pictures can't do the property justice. The view of the town with the mountains nearby is wonderful and we loved the walkability. The house is adequately stocked with towels, linens, coffee, lots of little creature comforts that make you feel at home and there was plenty of space for our family! Very kid friendly! We'd absolutely stay here again.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. No camera tricks in the photos. No exaggeration in the description. I was there for nearly a week with a group of friends. We cooked, we grilled, we sat around the fire pit, and played games on a rainy day. The walkway to downtown is convenient due to the limited parking on the strip. Plenty to do down there to fill a day or two. The home was meticulously clean and had every thing we needed.

Our stay was amazing! Our visit was over Thanksgiving and cooked for 10 people. Access to 3 kitchens made preparations a breeze. Walking distance to town and the Polar Express was so convenient. We were all struck by the comfort of the home and the breathtaking views! Our family made some amazing memories here and would love to visit again!

They thought of everything! Fantastic layout and decorated so beautifully, these owners are the best. The beds and bedding were so comfortable and they had all the best things there too!
