Finca La Gaviota - Los Limoneros

Finca La Gaviota is a complex of apartments and bungalows that offers 5000m² of tranquility, it is an ideal place for lovers of disconnection. Refreshing yourself at Finca La Gaviota is also possible just a few metres from the house, you will find the communal swimming pool or if you prefer we have a Jacuzzi available to our guests where you can enjoy magnificent views of Father Teide and the sea. Since our location is close to the sea it makes the temperature warm almost all year round. The Los Limoneros bungalow can accommodate 8 people. It has a separate garden of 800m² full of fruit trees and a private Jacuzzi. It has 4 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, two bathrooms, one with bathtub and bidet and the other with shower. In the spacious living room accompanied by its armchairs you will find a plasma TV with a variety of channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, toaster, blender, sumo juicer, microwave, oven, etc.. From the kitchen you can access the terrace and garden where you can enjoy a barbecue or lie in the garden with splendid views.

Scenic rural retreat

A perfect base to explore the North and West of the island. Peaceful location with stunning views of the mountain and coast. The property itself was well kept and had all amenities required. The hot tub in the garden was a lovely addition. The road down to the property can be a bit narrow especially for large vehicles and parking can be a bit tight. Easy access to Lidl supermarket and the main highways along the North of the island. We had a lovely peaceful time here and would definitely stay again.

Super vacances

Maison au nord de l'île loin des côtes touristiques mais dans un cadre magnifique. Roberto est un hôte aux petits soins et très réactif quand on a besoin de lui. Tout était parfait et le petit plus avec le jaccuzi dans le jardin !! Vacances au top!! Nous espérons revenir !!

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub ...

Wir haben 8 Nächte im Bungalow Los Limoneros auf der Finca La Gaviota verbracht und der Aufenthalt zwischen Weingärten und Bananenplantagen hat uns ausnehmend gut gefallen. Das Quartier war sehr sauber und tadellos in Ordnung, der Vermieter Roberto sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit mit guten Ratschlägen zur Stelle. Besonders genossen haben wir die abendlichen Spaziergänge mit Maxi, seiner liebenswerten Hündin, aber auch der 2m tiefe Swimmingpool, den wir immer zur Alleinbenutzung vorfanden,, war eine willkommene Abwechslung. Vielen Dank Roberto für diesen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub und liebe Grüße aus dem Salzburger Land von Anni und Leo

Fabulous family holiday

We enjoyed a fabulous two week stay this August at Finca La Gaviota for our family of five, teenagers 12, 14, 17. The location was peaceful, away from the resorts and crowds and surrounded by banana plantations. Good views of La Tiède and the sea from the pool area. We appreciated the privacy of the bungalow and the well tended and beautiful private garden with lemon trees, Banana plants and vines around the boundary with ripening grapes. The bungalow is very clean and tidy and is well equipped. The terrace is perfectly placed by the kitchen to eat out and relax. The kids spent a lot of time at the pool which is communal but we had to ourselves whenever we visited. Roberto is a perfect host, leaving us alone but immediately available if we had any questions or needed anything.

Très belle location, bien équipée, propre, tout confort conforme aux photographies. Magnifique jardin avec palmier, vigne, bananier et même citronnier!! Dépaysant et très calme. Magnifique vue sur le teide. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jacuzzi. La maison est bien située pour visiter le nord de l île, non loin d icod de los vinos. Propriétaire accueillant.

Ferien so wie es sein muss

Wir waren schon auf Teneriffa,und haben dort im Internet dieses Haus gefunden. Kurz telefoniert,und uns vor Ort die Wohnung angeschaut,und sofort gemietet. Was für ein Positive Überraschung !!!!!! Super Anlage,Super nette Vermieter,Grosse Garten,viel platz im Haus,Grosse Terrasse,Schwimmbad,Ruhe,abschalten und,und,und. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir werden ABSOLUT wieder kommen !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Geheimtip: papas arrugadas essen am Strand von San Marcos

!! Alles Bestens !!

Die Finca liegt etwas abseits ruhig und schön gelegen. Von unserem eigenen Garten aus konnte man das Meer sehen. Dies gesamte Anlage ist liebevoll gestaltet. Der Bungerlow hatte alles, was man brauchte. Die Zimmer sind nicht zu klein, Schränke für das Gepäck sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, alles sauber, allles gut. Besonderes Highlight ist die Bootstour. Wale und Delfine inclusive.

Ruhige Finca in großzügiger Gartenanlage

Lieber Roberto, vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr schön,ruhig und großzügig, der Bungalow war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Alles war intakt und hat gut funktioniert, leider war im Dezember der Pool zu kalt. Aufgrund der Lage der Finca ist- wie in Deiner Beschreibung bereits erwähnt- ein PKW notwendig. Angenehm war für uns, daß Du meistens auf der Anlage anzutreffen und ansprechbar warst. Deine Einkaufs - und Restaurant- Tips haben wir gerne angenommen. Der Zugang zum Wlan war problemlos und hat auch bei schlechtem Wetter zuverlässig funktioniert. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder einen Urlaub auf Deiner wunderschönen Finca in diesem Bungalow verbringen. Deine Alex , Alex und Leon

Für erholsamen Urlaub sehr geeignet.

Wir, eine Gruppe von sechs Erwachsenen, machen seit vielen Jahren Urlaub auf den Kanaren. Auf der Finca La Gaviota waren wir 2010 zum zweiten, und bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal. Die Beschreibung entspricht genau dem, was der Urlauber vor Ort antrifft. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung der Häuser ist überdurchschnittlich. Die Vermieter sind sehr bemüht dem Urlauber alle Wünsche zu erfüllen und zu Helfen. Das lernt man schätzen, wenn z.B. mal etwas mit dem Mietwagen nicht in Ordnung ist und man der Landessprache nicht so mächtig ist. Auch bekommt man immer sehr gute Tips zu Ausflügen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Lokalen und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die ruhige Lage haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Finca, an der Nordseite Teneriffas gelegen, ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge zu den schönsten Stellen der Insel. Anaga- und Tenogebirge, Mascaschlucht und Teide sind von hier aus sehr gut und schnell erreichbar.

Hübsche Finca-Ferienanlage im Norden Teneriffas

Sehr saubere hübsche Finca-Ferienbungalows für den Familienurlaub in nördlicher Hanglage zwischen Puerto de la Cruz und Icod de los Vinos. Diese Lage garantiert mehr Sonne als in den Städten weiter landeinwärts, selbst in der Winterzeit. Es gibt einen Pool und ein Yakuzzi. Jedes Haus besitzt eine romantische Grünanlage zur Mitbenutzung. Hierin sind Citrus- und Bananenbäume neben anderen mediterranen Stauden angelegt. Sehr angenehm ist auch, daß die Städte und der L'Oro-Parque, Teneriffas große Attraktion, mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sind. Die Finca-Besitzer sind deutsch-spanischer Herkunft, sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und offen. Besonders Selbstversorger erhalten hier nützliche Tipps und Hinweise für Einkauf - insbesondere landfrischer Produkte - Automietung, Ausflüge, etc. Alles in Allem: Sehr zu empfehlen!
