It is definitely an awesome location. We stayed here during a golf weekend and each day when we got home from the course we could park the car for the night. So many restaurants and bars are only a 5 minute walk away. Despite being near Clifton Hill it was still a very quiet location with no noise issues. 10/10 would stay here again.

This was the perfect house for our family of six. The home was clean, cozy, and had plenty of space for everyone. The host was excellent with communication and made the entire stay easy and enjoyable. The location couldn’t have been better—within walking distance of both Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill. We highly recommend this property for large families or groups visiting the area!

This location was great! Super close to the Falls and the music venue we went to was right across the street. The kitchen/dining area was perfect for our group to play card games. Nicely renovated and comfortable. Would stay here again on a future Falls visit.

The property is close to everything. You can walk everywhere. We had a lovely time in this clean and well appointed property. Also, the beds were very comfortable.

The Niagara Falls Experience

The property was as described on line..walking distance to the Falls and shopping area which was a Big Plus. We enjoyed our first stay in Canada from Florida.

Great location close to Niagara Falls

Great walking distance to the Falls and the Clifton Hill attraction area! Probably the closest you could stay without being in a hotel! The 5 bedrooms worked well for our families and we were able to hang out together in the kitchen/dining and living room spaces. Owner was excellent about quickly responding to any questions we had, and the directions for arrival and leaving were very clearly communicated.

Great location. You can walk to almost all Niagra Falls tourist attractions. Older home in need of some updates but had 3 bathrooms and traveling with 4 teenage girls was a necessity!

Location great.

The location of the property is very close to the action. Only a 5 minute walk to the falls. It is not a newer home but had everything we needed with plenty of room. Parking was nice as I think you could fit cars in the driveway if needed. Had a great time!

Prime location

This house was spacious for our family of 5. Clean and full of amenities. Spacious kitchen and the location to clifton hills and niagra was walking distance. The host was very nice and kept us very informed. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone.

Perfect location to easily access the main attractions of Niagara Falls, 3 minutes to Clifton Hill and 20 minutes from the Niagra Falls, all by foot. House a little dated but and could use some updates but overall served our needs and host was very accommodating, wasn't in Niagara for the house, there for the attractions.

Comfortable home close to everything and in walking distance.

Loved the walkability and ease of access. Comfortable house. Wished the bathrooms weren’t so smelly (smelly and old shower curtains and cracked vanity tops). Stains on chairs and kitchen knife was as dull as can be. But it did the job for our short stay.

Not sure how the bathrooms were smelly when we have a brand new bathroom just Reno. Why was this not brought to my attention when I checked in on you guys which I always do with my guests. Not sure which knives you used to cut but we have good ones in one of the drawers. A cracked vanity tops don’t think would change your stay and. It sure how this would reflect your stay. Surprised by your comments as it doesn’t reflect our way treating our guests. I am sure if I came to your home I would find things that would need some little TLC.

do not stay here until it is remodeled

We recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, it did not meet the usual VRBO standards. The home is quite old and in a state of disrepair. While we understand that older homes can have their own character, this one felt more worn-out, dirty and uncared for than charming. The property managers did respond to some immediate issues we encountered, such as a filthy shower curtain and a wasp nest near the front door. However, there were numerous other problems that remained unaddressed such as a dirty refrigerator, broken doors and torn screens, no secondary locks, broken shades, tile, dishwasher & kitchen faucet and gang Graffiti on the home are some of them It took 16 days and two messages from VRBO to the property manager for them to finally reply to our letter detailing our concerns and requesting a partial refund, which they ultimately denied. Additionally, if you book a holiday weekend here, be aware of potential disruptions. The property managers use the backyards of their two adjacent VRBOs for parking, which results in frequent foot traffic past the windows throughout the day and often until late at night. This lack of privacy significantly impacts the overall enjoyment of the stay. On a positive note the location is very close to everything and very walkable to activities and the Falls Also on a positive note, the property managers mentioned plans for remodeling over the winter. Until those renovations are completed, we would not recommend staying here.

We addressed the immediate concerns you raised, but unfortunately, you refused to communicate through the app, making it difficult for us to resolve other matters efficiently. Your request for a refund was denied, as we stand by the quality of our home and the accurate representation on the platform. As you noted, the property is scheduled for renovations, which we look forward to completing soon. We hope future guests will appreciate these updates, but in the meantime, we believe our home continues to offer great value, as reflected in many of our other reviews.

Traveled as a family with 2 teenagers. Property was just as pictured and one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed. Location was perfect and one of the main reasons we chose this property. All the excitement and options at Clifton Hill were right there. The falls were a short walk down the hill and all the main falls attractions were within a 15 minute walk. Also easy access to the WEGO bus routes and stops if you didn’t want to walk. We would absolutely stay here again.

If you are looking for an incredible spacious place in Niagara Falls, look no more as you have found it. This place is close to most attractions and not to mention one of the seven wonders of the world "The Falls". The house offers 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms which accommodates 8 people comfortably.
Eat in kitchen with pots and utensils to cook your own meal or if you like order in from one of the local restaurants.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Watch the beautiful Fireworks from our porch in the evening, plenty of room for kids to play in the fenced yard in the back too. You are also walking distance to ALL major attractions so save your money on parking with us! There is no better location in the Falls for your family or friends!
