We're only 7 minutes from Old Fort Erie, 1 minute from the boat ramp, and close to Niagara Waterfront Park, making it the perfect spot to explore the area's natural beauty.

Our newly built home features breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. The house includes:

Spent a few days vacationing with family of five in Niagara Falls. This is a great location in a quiet residential neighbourhood about 15 minutes drive to the falls. The property is clean and well appointed. It made our stay enjoyable. The host was quick to respond.

Beautiful place and wonderful hosts! They were incredibly helpful and provided excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Travelers to Niagara Falls and the general Niagara area should know this is a very nice townhome that is very private and well managed. The neighbors are kind and trails along the Niagara River are endless.

The condo was nice. Very minimalist. We would have liked a tv in the bedroom or cable. We ended up casting from our computer. But not a huge deal. Two problems for us. Could not adjust the thermostat. It was password protected. We were cold. And the king bed sheets were not clean. Had hair and spots on them. I washed them at 11 pm our first night. We didn’t get to bed until 1230 in the morning. Location was good. Very nice area. Also couldn’t take out trash? Could not find an outside receptacle for it. Glad we didn’t have a baby with us with stinky diapers! Overall it worked out well for us.

We enjoyed staying in Black Creek. The townhome is very clean. Great to be away from the crowds but convient to be near Niagara Falls. The kitchen is fully stocked. Nice to have a washer and dryer. We had everything we needed! Great communication with the host.

The owners of this vrbo clearly take pride in their rental place.It is spacious, sound proof fom outside noise, quiet between bedrooms and very well kept. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of quality dishes, cooking pots and utensils. The living area and deck, looking toward a country green area, are very comfortable.The bathrooms sparkle and have a supply of shampoo, body wash and personal products if needed. The hosts were quickly available for a question or concern. We loved our stay in the quiet neighbourhood and enjoyed the short drive along the river to and from downtown Niagara Falls. We thank them for contributing to the good time we enjoyed in Niagara Falls.
