Minus a little snafu checking in (due to being the day after Christmas) we had a fantastic stay. The home was well kept, very spacious and really felt like a home away from home. Location is super convenient to the highways and different sights or shopping anyone may want to do. We enjoyed the small local bakery in walking distance as well. We would look to stay here again next time we go to visit family in the area.
Host was very quick to answer. House was somewhat below average in cleanliness, but host will probably give that the needed attention. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of linens and coffee pods.
Charming historical home easy access to everything

Nice recent remodel-upgrade. Rooms are large and bathrooms roomy. Free-standing tub and shower in one of the bathrooms could be a bit claustrophobic and difficult to enter-exit for those with mobility issues but it worked for us. Beds are very comfortable memory foam. A/C was great!!! Big backyard, plenty of room for our rather large fur-baby. Overall I would definitely choose this home again if I ever come back to visit.
This was by far one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. The home was extremely dirty and clearly not properly maintained. There was a strong moldy smell throughout the house, which made it very uncomfortable.None of the beds were made upon arrival, and the cleanliness overall was unacceptable. The bathrooms were dirty, and to make matters worse, the bathroom door wasn’t even on the hinges—it was leaning against another wall. The kitchen was also unclean and not in usable condition. On top of that, there were bugs in the bed, which was completely unacceptable.I would not recommend staying here at all. Do not waste your money. The only positive is that I did receive a full refund.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
I was really looking forward to our stay after seeing the pictures. However, the house is not as pictured. The location is not the best. Poor lighting, old couch, a roach in the living room. The outside needs pressure washing. Green stuff growing on the siding. I think the house could be great if it had the attention it needs.

Location close to downtown and value for an older home.We spent two days here for a training in Mongomery. The price for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house was very reasonable, check-in was seamless, and the location in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown was idea. The home itself is older and had a few functional drawbacks during our July stay-- the AC struggled to cool below 73 degrees, a few outlets were loose, bathroom lighting was dim/flickering, and there was a musty odor upon entry. We also had limited kitchen utensils and basic supplies. That said, when we shared these items with Kristina, she was extremely receptive, professional, and assured us she is actively addressing the maintenance and restocking items for future guests. It's a budget-friendly option close to downtown, and with those underway, it will be an even better stay.
Beautiful little home! Great location to lots of wonderful historic sites. The hosts were very responsive to any questions that I had which I was so appreciative of.
