"Tranquil Timbers" at Tan Tar A with Hot Tub!

This home is located in beautiful Tan-Tar-A Estates and was completely updated from the outside to the inside. Just added 4 to 5 person rectangular hot tub- 5-29-19! If you are looking for a large home with access to a pool right out the back door. Look no further. An added bonus is there are two other 4 bedroom homes available on the same street all within 1.5 blocks. This stunning 2512 square foot home features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bath home. Completely renovated interior and exterior! All stainless steel appliances, kitchen dishes and accessories, furniture, beds and bedding, flat screens TV's, decorations, and much more! Each bedroom has its own full bath and 32" SMART flat Screen T.V. Enjoy having your coffee in the morning on the deck? 3 of the 4 bedrooms have walk out decks with seating for you to enjoy. There is also a large screened in porch off the living room. The living room has a new couch, loveseat, leather recliner along with a 47" SMART Flat screen T.V. with DVD/Blue-Ray player. There is also a half bath located just off the kitchen. If you choose to use the fireplace Duraflame logs are the only ones allowed. The full kitchen offers a Keurig and regular cofee pot, dishes, utensils, appliances and to complete it all a breakfast bar that seats 4. The dining table seats 8 comfortably. The Main level bedroom has 2 Queen beds along with a sitting area, private full bath and a 32" SMART flat screen T.V. The upstairs bedroom features a King bed and sitting area along with a private full bath, His and Hers Closets, 32" SMART flat screen T.V. and vaulted ceilings. There are two lower bedrooms each bedroom has two queen beds, a sitting area, walk-in closets and private full baths. Due to the recent renovation there is NO Smoking and Pet Free Home. Certified Service Animals are only allowed. There is parking for 4 vehicles and if more parking is needed additional parking is located at each of the Estates pools in Tan-Tar-A Estates. These pools are also available for your use during your stay. Each pool has been renovated, Cedar Glen Pool, which is located right out the back door less than 100 yards away, was completed in 2016 and the Estates Pool, located on Walkers Cay, was completed in 2017. The Cedar Glen Pool is a family friendly pool complete with wet deck for little ones. The Estates Pool is geared more towards the adults with bench seating around the edge.
We provide a “starter” supply of the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, small bar of soap, hand soap, dish soap, bath and bed linens, coffee pods (regular coffee in a filter), Paradise line of hotel bath amenities. We ask that you provide: beach towels for pool use, laundry supplies (washer/dryer in the home), and any other personal items that you may need.

We had the best time here for my bachelorette party! The space was super cute, clean, and had tons of room for everyone to spread out and relax. We especially loved the screened-in porch….it was the perfect hangout spot to enjoy nature without the bugs. The whole place felt peaceful and private, which made it extra special. A Cut Above

We've stayed in quite a few rentals in Tan-Tar-A Estates and this one's a cut above. No, it doesn't have it's own swimming pool or elevator, but for a clean, well-appointed property with comfortable beds and nice decor at a reasonable price, you'll be happy here.

We made the trip for our family vacation to spend time on the lake. The weather didn’t comply so we spent a lot of time in the house. It was perfect for our group of 12. The table was perfect for hours of card games and family fun. The check-in was smooth and the property was very clean. We had a wonderful time! The house accommodated 10 of us very nicely. A short walk to the pool which the kids enjoyed! Home had most everything you needed Nice surprise to see there is a Keurig coffee maker. Since there were so many of us, we cooked a lot in the home. For the most part adequately equipped with the exception of sharp knives and enough silverware. Would be great for smaller groups. Overall a GREAT place to stay and easy to access most all of our activities. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Our family of 14, ranging in age from 1to 80 years old, really enjoyed our time together at this home. There were several features in the house that made it good for a large group. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. The main living area had enough seating for everyone during meals. The screened in porch on the main level was a great extension to the living area and it was lovely for enjoying the early morning coolness and the late evening. The community pool closest to the home was family oriented, and an easy walk from the house. We also enjoyed some of the amenities over at Margaritaville. The manager, Ben, was very responsive to our request for additional kitchen items and bedding for the babies. It was a wonderful weekend.

We arrived and the home was not ready so started out a bit frustrating. The manager was very helpful and apologetic. We had another issue, and again, the manager took care of it right away. The place was perfect for the family. We had a fabulous time. Even though there is an adult pool and a family pool, there were times that several older adult couples that were at the family pool and they were getting frustrated with the kids.
