The whole place was very nice. The negative was that the shower had a slight smell when you get in, but could just have been the layout of the shower itself. Overall, wonderful stay!

Enjoyed our time!

We definitely had a nice time during our stay! The house/rooms were perfect for the needs of our family. The house was a little dated and had some wear & tear. Overall, we had a great experience and the check in/check out process was smooth and easy.

Propery clean and very spacious for family/friends. Great location from beach. Eveyone enjoyed it. I would stay again.

Family Beach Trip

The house was great and accomadted all of our needs. It was a further walk to the beach than expected. We had to drive my parents down to the crossing each day.

Great place for a church group!

We rented this house for our church youth group attending a conference, and it worked great. Our girls stayed here and found the bedrooms and living areas very comfortable.

Enjoyed the stay

We enjoyed our stay at Good Winds. The bedroom setups were perfect for our family of 10. The living area was great for our evening game nights. Easy walk to beach public access entries to the east or west and both had parking for vehicle to deliver coolers and canopy. We did wish the primary bedroom had more light filtering cover over the windows facing the neighbors. They kept their bright outside lights on all night making it hard to stay asleep.

Fab February!

The four of us could not have been happier! The location was great, we had all the cookware and utensils we needed for meal prep, everything was clean and decor was perfect — nice, but not fussy. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Great Stay!

Overall, we had a fantastic stay! The property was close to the beach and the location was close to town and things to do. The house was clean and check in and out process was easy. The only thing (and this is totally minor and just personal preference) was if the sheets were a bit thicker. We would definitely stay here again!

Somewhat disappointed

Property needed freshened up, kitchen table was knicked & grimy, furniture needed cleaned also. Would have liked a crockpot, and basic supplies, ie; salt & pepper, & extra toilet paper. Location was nice! Air conditioner needed service but was fixed quickly while we were there. All in all we had a great time.

TERRIBLE- Don’t waste your money!

To start off, this property was extremely dirty! Bugs in beds, bugs in kitchen, carpet is filthy! The water pressure is terrible. We couldn’t use the upstairs showers when someone was showing downstairs. So paying for a place with 3 bathrooms was pointless. The toilet downstairs kept clogging. Not enough towels and took forever to get more because the property manager was terrible at communicating. Besides utensils, the kitchen contains the bare minimum. No small sundries supplied like a lot of other rentals. The pictures on the VRBO site are obviously old because the place is much more worn. When concerns were expressed to management company they only offered to return cleaning fee. Concerns brought to VRBO but they weren’t much help either since all they were doing was emailing the management company and not getting any response. Overall terrible property and terrible experience with VRBO!

Family beach retreat

Overall, we had a fabulous 3 days. The weather cooperated during our stay and the house was very comfortable for how many people we had-10 in all. The TV in the living area was pixelated and hard to watch but we didn’t spend a lot of time inside anyways.

Good Vibes at Good Winds

Great house and location - easy walk to the beach. New kitchen appliances which were great. Beachy decor . Any maintenance issues were promptly addressed. The staff at iTrip are wonderful.

Great location, comfortable beds!

Beach Birthdays

Our birthday cruise was cancelled two weeks before Spring break and we had to quickly find something to do. Searching online we decided on this vacation home because it could easily accommodate our large group. We enjoyed the beach and the home. Only issue we had was one cable box was not working properly, but that didn’t stop our fun! Definitely recommend this home.

Spring break stay

My family enjoyed our stay at this property! It's a great location, convenient location. The house was very roomy and easily accommodated our group. Overall the house was pretty clean. We appreciated the kitchen having everything that we needed. We had some issues with the water pressure when multiple showers were being used and some of the remotes didn't have batteries but no big issues. At one point our door code stopped working but we called in and it was reset immediately. Great customer service.. We look forward to renting again

Ocean Paradise.

Great location. Love the upper deck to sit have coffee in the morning looking at the ocean. Master bedrooms up stairs are very spacious. Lots of room and comfortable. They have e everything to cook and eat with.
