Just 12 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, Allegiant Stadium and Harry Reid Airport. This is the PERFECT STAY for small families or groups visiting Las Vegas for business or pleasure! We are close to Red Rock National Park, Las Vegas Convention Center, and Cowabunga Bay. Surrounded by many shops, a gym, grocery stores and restaurants. Definitely a beautiful area that will give you all you need during your stay! Perfect for travelers, students & professionals! Newly remodeled 2 story home! Located in the Southwest Valley. This home has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, game room with two arcade machines and pool table, living & dining room, and a fully loaded kitchen that provides a welcoming, relaxing environment for the perfect vacation home choice. It is fully equipped with furniture, linens, essentials, towels, dishes, cookware, Wi-Fi and more. House sleeps 8 people, up to 4 when you include the three foldout beds, and couches. Also a pack and play crib included for infants and toddlers. Backyard also has a small grill, patio seating, and fire pit to hang out on those nice cool days in Vegas! Don’t take a gamble! Our family of five stayed here for a few nights over spring break, and it was a great experience. The home truly had everything we needed and made us feel comfortable right away.We especially appreciated the extra touches like the games and pool table, which kept everyone entertained. There was also an abundance of towels, paper plates, snacks, coffee, and other essentials, which made our stay so convenient.It really felt like a home away from home, and we were able to relax and enjoy our time together. We would definitely consider staying here again.
