This freshly updated 3-bedroom, 1-bath manufactured home is tucked inside a peaceful mobile home community and puts you close to a TON of local attractions, outdoor fun, dining, and hidden Florida gems. Whether you’re here to relax, explore, or work remotely for a bit, I made sure this spot has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious living room with modern finishes and an open-concept layout that keeps everyone connected. The living room flows right into the kitchen, dining area, and bedrooms, creating a warm and welcoming space for your entire group.

Getting Around:

Driving is the easiest way to reach and navigate Dade City, which is accessible via major corridors like US-301 and US-98.Downtown

Parking: You can easily park around the historic Pasco County Courthouse and explore the central district on foot.

Uber operates in the area, though pickup times can occasionally be longer than in major metropolitan centers. Local private operators like Big Dog Taxi and Tony D Transportation also serve the area.

Pasco County Public Transportation (GoPasco): GoPasco provides regional connections and limited local services, including reduced-fare programs for eligible individuals, but fixed-route options directly inside Dade City's core are sparse compared to driving or ridesharing



Other Things to Note:

-Smoking: No smoking is permitted inside or on the property. Smoking will result in a $250 fine

-Pool Waiver MUST be signed

-Security System: Installed with front and back door cameras for guest safety.

-No parties or unauthorized events

-Please respect quiet hours after 10 PM

-Laundry: Washer and dryer on the property with complimentary laundry pods and dryer sheets

-DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart, and similar on-demand deliveries are welcome during your stay. However, no mail or packages may be sent to the property. Please have packages held at a local post office, UPS Store, or other pickup location. Any mail or packages delivered to the house will be refused and returned to the sender. We cannot accept responsibility for lost, delayed, or returned packages.
