Este pequeño triplex está situado en el 3er piso (sin ascensor), en un nuevo edificio tradicional totalmente reformado. Consta de una habitación doble (cama real de 140x200) con baño con ducha en un primer nivel, cocina con comedor, sofá cama (90x200) y medio baño en un segundo nivel, y habitación doble (cama real de 140x200) en el ático. Tiene una hermosa terraza en la azotea, con vista al río Tejo y al barrio histórico de Alfama. Se proporcionan toallas y ropa de cama.
Wifi gratuito, cuna y aparcamiento público gratuito en las inmediaciones.

Los huéspedes tienen acceso completo y su entrada privada. Los anfitriones no viven en la propiedad, pero están disponibles para cualquier ayuda o consejo que sea necesario.

A memorable stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay in the charming Aldama neighborhood at Emanuela. Very clean, quiet, ideal location in the maze of narrow streets of Alfama, and comfortable. We fell in love with the terrace and the wonderful view. Emanuela was very helpful, she answered all our questions and she even came to meet us the day after our arrival. I highly recommend this apartment!

Perfect place to stay in the Alfama neighborhood!

We loved this place! Although it took a little effort to find it, it was well worth it. We especially enjoyed the rooftop deck where I'd see a beautiful sky each morning and evening, it'd also look out on to the river and we could watch huge cargo and cruise ships coming and going. It was easy to purchase food and beverages and other small items at the bottom of the staircase. The host was very helpful, easy to communicate with beforehand and during our stay, and the place was very clean and quiet, we would definitely stay here again if we returned.

Perfect place to stay!

Easy to find, great communication, adorable flat and the terrace was spectacular! Loved that I was right in the historical Alfama. Everything was within walking distance and if not, Tram 28 got me there.

Lovely Alfama Gem!

We spent a week in this lovely apartment in Alfama! The location was perfect for exploring Lisbon on foot or by using the trams / trains. The apt is 3 flights of narrow stairs to the top but well worth it! We enjoyed the rooftop terrace every day for coffee & wine in the evening! Cruise ships come & go every day! The apt has everything you need & is well stocked. We ate out most nights as there are many little cafes & wine bars close to the apt! The Cork Screw was one of our favs! Ema was so easy to deal with & she always made sure we had everything we needed! She helped us out when we were trying to figure out the trams & trains as it can be a little confusing. Our first trip to Portugal was a wonderful experience due to great accommodations!

GREAT SPOT TO STAY IN ALFAMA

The apartment was very nice and clean, two bathrooms, the kitchen had all that you would need. Short walks to downtown and castle. The host were excellant, very helpful right from the start. I have already recommend this place to friends.

Nettes Appartment in der Altstadt

Nett eingerichtetes kleines Appartment über 3 Etagen. Schöner Blick von der kleinen Terrasse auf den Tejo. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten direkt erreichbar. Von der Metrostation Santa Apolonia in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Ce charmant Triplex a tous les atouts pour passer un bon séjour à Lisbonne : très propre, bien équipé, une bonne literie, à 2 pas des commerces, restaurants, bars, cafés, une superbe terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur le Tage. Appartment in super Lage mit toller Dachterrasse

Der Aufenthalt hat uns super gefallen. Das Appartment liegt direkt in der Alfama. Der Schnitt ist etwas außergewöhnlich (3 Zimmer auf 3 Ebenen), aber das verleiht der Wohnung einen ganz eigene Charme. Wir konnten die meisten unserer Ziele zu Fuß erreichen. Ema hat sich von Anfang an regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles OK ist und konnte uns bei Fragen immer weiterhelfen. Ein kaputter Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse wurde sofort ausgetauscht (obwohl wir nicht einmal drum gebeten hatten). Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Nice apartment and nice host. Emanuela was very helpful with check in and check out info.

The apartment was clean and tidy and has fantastic view over the city rooftops and the sea. The roof terrace is the best where you can sit quite privately and enjoy the view with a glass of wine. Everything was ok and it is recommendable. We’ll definately rent it again if we travel to Lisbon.

The deck had an amazing view and having the outside space was great. Third floor walk up and the apt is three floors but we didn’t mind the steps and the view was well worth it! Great location. Would stay there again.

Beaitiful, modern, very clean, convienient to everything, quiet and lots of character!

We stayed six nights in this lovely apartment. It is a few minutes from metro Santa Apolonia and trains. It is located in the tiny pedestrian street which makes apartment very quiet, but very close to major landmarks and walking distance to Plaza of Commerce and other central locations. Everything in the apartment is nice and perfectly suitable for staying. Bedrooms are good size , beds are very comfortable, kitchen has lots of dishes and even some tea and so on. Special thanks to the manager Ema, who was so nice and communications were very easy. It is was a great find for us to stay in Lisbon in this perfect place and it made our vacation even better. Thank you, Ema.

Logement typique du quartier avec une pièce par étage en partant du dernier étage de l'immeuble. Tout confort rien à redire. Clim disponible. Hotspot wifi proposé gratuitement. Intéressant lorsque la connexion data est difficile ce qui est souvent le cas. La propriétaire nous avait réservé un taxi au départ très tôt le matin Sans problème. A recommander

Hello Stephane, thank you for being our guests and leaving everything tidy. It happens that mobile networks and data are not working 100%, depending on where you stand in the apartment, because of thick walls in Alfama, and neighborhood structure itself (high buildings, hills, narrow streets, etc), but that is normal everwhere in historic neighborhoods in Lisbon (that's why everyone makes phone calls while standing near the window :). However, we hope you had a good stay and wish you all the best in future.

Situation exceptionnelle !

L'appartement est situé idéalement dans l'Alfama et ses rues typiques. Il est joliment décoré et d'une propreté exemplaire. Les contacts avec la propriétaire, Ema, sont chaleureux. Celle-ci fait tout pour vous faciliter la vie tout au long de votre séjour. Bref, l'endroit idéal pour séjourner à Lisbonne, si toutefois, les marches, dans et en dehors de l'immeuble, ne vous font pas peur... Mais c'est le prix à payer pour être dans l'Alfama !

We are a couple in mid forties, and we have seven year old son André and a mutt dog called Masha. I am originally from Belgrade, Serbia, and my husband Rui is from Lisbon, Portugal. He runs a small construction company and I used to work for many years as a theatre and tv producer in Belgrade, but since I have moved to Lisbon, I am working as a professional short term rental manager/host.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We bought this old building 2013, which was abandoned for many years. It was in terrible shape, so basically, we had to demolish everything except the facade ( which was refurbished as well), and made a new building from the scratch. It was finished in November 2016. We've managed to keep some elements from the previous one ( like doors, etc), so it is new refurbished building, made in traditional Portuguese style.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our building is easily accessed from the main streets and airport/train station/metro, despite being situated in Alfama, which is mainly pedestrian. It is very close to city center ( less than 15 min walking), has payable parking in vicinity ( about 3-5 min walking) and many good restaurants, bars and cafes around it. All important sightseeing spots and points of interest are walking distance. You can enjoy Flea market twice per week, and there is one really nice park overlooking river Tejo, near National Pantheon.
