Check in was seamless. Host sent the code and helpful instructions by WhatsApp shortly before we arrived. The property was clean and all amenities working well. The large terrace and nearby covered parking were great to have. The property can get a little chilly at night in dec when we went but lots of extra blankets were available. Groceries, bakeries, a churuscaria, pharmacy, and pretty much anything else we wanted to grab were within a 5 minute walk. Not very close to a metro station, but the nearby busses felt safe (though a little bumpy), never too crowded, ran frequently, and were only a short trip to the metro, so it was easy to get anywhere in the city. We would happily return. Thanks for hosting!

Comfortable flat with awesome terrace

Although a long walk or short bus ride away from old town, this location was great to access train to Cascais (and other beaches), close to the harbor where we caught a party boat. The local feel of the neighborhood was preferred to the touristy old town. The terrace was HUGE and with a spectacular view!

Lovely property and well equipped (needs oven gloves). About 2 mins to local mini supermarket, 8 mins to Basilica Estela for transport connections.

Nice Apartment - Good Location

The check in process was complicated. You have to go to a "welcome center" which is located in a very busy part of town to check in. Afterwards you have to drive to the apartment - which is NOT easy to find. The parking garage was a nightmare and once we finally found it, we discovered that someone was parked in our spot! The apartment is nice, spacious and fully equipped. More towels would have been nice. The outside terrace area was very nice.

The apartment is clean and roomy. The patio is spacious with a very good view of the bridge which is lighted each evening. The issue that precludes a better rating is the difficulty we had using the key to enter the building. It is necessary to fiddle with the key for up to 10 minutes every attempt to enter. We never had complete confidence that we would even be able to access our lodging at the end of each day. The management provided no help in this matter.

Apartment was clean but slow drains in bathrooms and not all light fixture or outlets worked. Air condition is one room did not have remote or turned in manually. Be advised that you need to pick up keys at a welcome center about 20 min away by car to where this apartment is located.

Lovely sprawling property with outside space

This is a lovely space, well situated in Lisbon, with kind neighbours.The space is well laid out, outdoor space fantastic. We checked in right at 3 and placed our bags in the master bedroom. Noticed an overwhelming smell of sewage. We messaged the property management company and they were responsive, had us send multiple photos of the base of the toilet and the overflow valve at the back which were brown with “something”.They advised they would send people to check it out late that day or next day.Moved bags from master bedroom to second bedroom. Too much smell in main bedroom. Went to check out the main bathroom and found the toilet seat (despite having the “cleaned and ready for use” strip on it) was completely unattached from the toilet seat base. Reported to the mgmt company, they added it to the list of follow ups for plumberKitchen is super well equipped, but it needs a deep clean. We scrubbed the pots we used prior to using. Perhaps it was coming after a long weekend, but a lot of glassware was dirty, and the fry pans were in need of a deep clean. We washed what we used and kept using it….Sofa was very comfortable! Great tv!Washing machine worked well.Beds in second bedroom were ok, might suggest new sheets on the bottom as mine was see through with holes.Not sure if it matters but there is a significant improvement works taking place in front of the unit

Schlechteste Unterkunft überhaupt ACHTUNG!!!

Leider war das Objekt und somit die Ferienwohnung in unheimlich schlechtem Zustand. Sehr sehr dreckig, alles abgenutzt nichts funktionierte, auf der Terasse die das schlagende Argument für die Ferienwohnungsentsheidung war, war unterirdisch. Bewachsen mit Unkraut die bis auf Oberschenkelhöhe gingen, Zigarettenstummel, eine Markise die kaputt war somit war es bei Sonne viel zu heiß, sehr ärgerlich! In der Küche und im Bad hatte es geschimmelt, geht gar nich und das auch noch in der Spülmaschine Und dann ist auch noch die Spülmaschine am ersten Abend ausgelaufen…. Hölle. Ich kann diese Unterkunft und das Unternehmen nicht empfehlen !!!
