O apartamento possui uma ótima localização e acessibilidade. Possui 02 vagas de garagem no subsolo e mais um deposito (para guardar pranchas por exemplo). Tem elevador. Possui duas ótimas suítes com ar condicionados e, sala ampla com varanda, lavabo, internet, tv a cabo. Enxoval completo de cama, cozinha. Manutenção e limpeza em ordem. Supermercados pertinho. E ainda o chame da vila, com seus barzinhos e restaurantes, lojas e muito artesanato. O importantíssimo projeto Tamar e as piscinas naturais com seus peixes coloridos que fazem a alegria de crianças e adultos. A proprietária é super atenciosa. Com certeza voltarei e levarei meus netinhos dona Simone. Obrigada. Terezinha Rizzo
