About this property

Charming luxury lakefront cabin on crystal swimming lake - Sleeps 6

Welcome to our lakehouse on Maggie Lake, a small, no gas boats allowed, clean lake that is superb for swimming, floating, and fishing. It is a new, luxury tiny home custom built for us that sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms (one main floor bedroom,) and 2 living areas. Loft is just shy of 5 feet tall so its much taller than most, and has a true staircase.

Both bedrooms have queen beds, loft living area has a trundle (2 twins) daybed.

Awesome high speed internet, fully "smart" home with electronic blinds, heated floors, smart TVs (one in each living area), toto bidet, laundry, basically everything we wanted in our retirement in a small package.

Gorgeous views, waterfront deck with chairs, table, hammock, outside seating area next to house with BBQ, propane firepit, and wood firepit for smores and lounging.

Note - there are stairs to the lake so be aware of that (pictures provided). The house itself has a few stairs to the entry, and thens stairs for upstairs.

The most important is just to take out the trash and leave the used beds unmade for the cleaners.
Replace furniture/BBQ covers.
Make sure water toys are pulled out and/or secured
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only registered guests allowed on the property or in the lake.
2 cars allowed - parking in designated driveway only. Parking elsewhere may be towed (private lake)
Family neighborhood - no "parties", no smoking.
