The location was good. Easy to get to surrounding areas. We never saw the pool or hot tub. The bed is very firm. Parking right outside the door. Well furnished kitchen, clean all around. Quiet neighborhood. We did see a bear pulling in one night!

Hot as he** with the heat OFF. Owner said “the condo has a lot of radiant (sic) and the only way to cool it off is to air it out.”That does a lot of good when you are gone skiing all day and come back and it’s over 80 degrees inside on only the second floor. Instructions included “jiggle the key and door handle to open it.”For laundry-you might as well go to a laundromat since it is in a “clubhouse” in the rundown condo complex, and the change machine has been out of service as long as anyone can remember.The hot tub was in the same place as the laundry. Dog in an adjacent apartment barked non stop after its owner left around 6:30-7 AM. I finally gave up and left. So much for a relaxing vacation. Don’t waste your time or money staying anywhere in this complex.

So close to resorts!

Less than ten minutes to Keystone and Arapahoe Basin! Both couches turn into comfy beds and the price was very reasonable.
