N2 (maison entière rénovée) maison contemporaine en duplex blanc offre une élégance moderne et un confort pour les vacanciers exigeants. La maison située au centre de la ville prend 5 minutes des métros de la gare de Séoul. Toute la maison a été entièrement rénovée avec une facilité lumineuse et astucieuse d'ambiance NewYorker et une touche de détails coréens. La maison se compose de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec une charmante table à manger en marbre, une mezzanine et un coin canapé près de la fenêtre qui donne sur la rue principale en direction de la gare de Séoul.

La maison contemporaine blanche N2, duplex récemment rénové près de la gare de Séoul, offre un confort moderne et élégant pour les vacanciers exigeants. Toute la maison a été entièrement rénovée avec une touche lumineuse et astucieuse d'ambiance new-yorkaise et une touche d'esthétique coréenne.

N2 est né de la première maison Nook (Authentic but Modern Experience N) qui a remporté le prix d'architecture 2016 et 2015 Beautiful house by Seoul City Major; offre moins de caractéristiques authentiques mais un séjour nettement plus gai pour les plus grands groupes d'invités.

La maison dispose de 2 étages plus une mezzanine donnant sur la salle à manger au deuxième étage (le joyau de N2!). Chaque étage a ses propres toilettes et salle de douche (2 salles de bain au total) pour le confort des invités.

L'espace et les commodités peuvent accueillir quatre personnes confortablement et jusqu'à huit personnes si nécessaire. Vous allez adorer votre séjour en N2!

La salle à manger principale est le cœur de la maison. Situé au deuxième étage ouvrant avec son spectaculaire plafond de 5 mètres de haut. Il comprend une table à manger en marbre de 4 mètres avec une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée, une lampe miroir Kartell, une planche à roulettes Andy Warhol et un miroir rose par Kartell et une terrasse! Le deuxième étage est l'endroit où vous pouvez lire le matin près du canapé à côté d'un mur de fenêtre expansé donnant sur la gare de Séoul ou dîner & amp; vin après une longue visite de Séoul dans la salle à manger.

Au premier étage, la chambre principale offre un lit king size avec 50 TV. La chambre d'hôtes est dotée de deux lits super simples, les deux chambres sont composées de hauts plafonds en bois exposés de manière romantique, qui ont été préservés pendant 80 ans lors de sa construction. Également disponible pour votre commodité, laveuse / sécheuse près des toilettes séparées et de la salle de douche.

Wonderful location for sightseeing - right next to Seoul tower and Seoul central station. The flat is wonderful, great to have the 2 bathrooms and toilets for a family of 4: and we loved the option of cooking at home in the kitchen when needed. A quirky, stylish and modern set up, we felt right at home. And sunny was wonderful, quick to reply, very welcoming and helped us with taxi’s from the airport. We loved our stay and would happily return in future to a fantastic city!

Great location and very clean

We stayed here for 6 nights as a family of 4. The location is great. Very close to Seoul station and there are a few cafes and bars nearby. Sunny is a responsive host and the property is very clean. The only challenge we had was navigating our way out of Seoul Station when we arrived on the AREX train but after that we had no problems and really appreciated the apartment’s proximity to the subway and other attractions such as Namsan park. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful property. Plenty of space and a large kitchen. Finding 2 bathrooms in an apartment in Korea is not super common so that was great for 3 women traveling together. While I may be a bit old for sleeping in the loft bed it was fun and felt like a nice place to get away at night. My friends said the beds were very comfortable. The amenities are good and the host was very responsive to any message I sent. The shower had been a little clogged and it was fixed for us within hours. Very close to Seoul Station (but there is a hill! You get used to it) We had a great time, thank you so much

Excellent house and great location

Very spacious accommodations with everything you need. Our family of 4 enjoyed it very much. Plenty of great places for coffee and good food. A few blocks up the hill from the Seoul Station.

This is a terrific apartment with two nice bedrooms downstairs and space to sleep several others upstairs in the kitchen/dining area. We found it to be clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. Great Location

Really enjoyed the stay at N2 for the week. Such a great location! Close to Seoul Station so very easy to get around the city to see all the sites, as well as catch the KTX and airport railroad trains. Sunny was a great host, responded quickly and also arranged a taxi from the airport which was so nice and convenient after arriving in Seoul on a long flight.

The owner was very communicative. The place was clean. I would argue eight people would have a hard time staying in the house. Nonetheless, it had everything we needed. Stairs are quite steep so be careful!

Great location 10 mins uphill walk from Seoul station with several stairs. Pack light, there are washer and dryer and a stocked, full kitchen. At least 5 coffee shops and 6 restaurants on the street.

Great location but not for the one with limited mobility

The owner , Sunny, was great. She was reachable very easily. The location of the property was great, near Seoul station, however, if you have a person with mobility issues , this place can be challenging. The dining room and the second bath room were on the second floor, and there are narrow stairs. From Seoul station to the property, even though it wasn’t far, it was very steep. We worked out just from that. Two people had some knee issues, so it was little tough. But if you don’t have any physical issues, it is a great place to stay.

Brought my family on our first visit to Seoul Korea and chose to stay in this beautiful home located in a nice quite local neighbourhood. We were walking distances to Seoul station, Namdemoon, and Myeongdong. Our host Sunny was amazing, arranged a cab to pick us up from ICN airport to and from the house. Always answered within the day any questions we had. I had the chance to go for a 1.9km run up to Seoul Tower via Namsan trail which was literally around the corner!

Great stay near Seoul Station

A nice little property halfway up the hill from Seoul Station to Baekbeom Plaza, which was pretty comfortable for me and two family (all adults). There's a nice, 6-seat dining room table, but lounge seating is limited in the winter to the pull-out loveseat- there's another comfy-looking loveseat and a cafe table on the patio that will be lovely in summer. Stairs are required for entry from street level, and to access kitchen area.Host is very responsive and English instructions were clear. Neighborhood benefits as of early 2025 include several local indie coffee places, a convenient 7-11, and a lovely Italian-fusion bar just downstairs.We'd definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Apartment in a great Location

The apartment was fantastic - perfect for 2 adults and 2 grown up kids to use a base for exploring Seoul - and room for more! Location was ideal - easy walk from Seoul Station for arrival/ departures and access to Seoul metro for exploring Seoul - and walking distance to central Seoul - Namsan Park, Namdaemun Market and Myeongdong and much more. Lots of great restaurants close by and great facilities in the apartment to cater for a nigh in. Sunny was instant in her response to any quests we had and check-in and departure was very easy.

Great Place for our Family

We enjoyed this modern well kept place that was centrally located within Seoul with excellent subway access. Two full bathrooms and the washer/dryer set up were must haves for our family of 5 and this home provided those amenities. The beds were comfortable and the home was well furnished and supplied with everything we needed. The air conditioning in all areas kept us comfortable. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the property. The owner was very proactive and wanted to make sure we had what we needed and communicated very well. Sunny is a great host. Highly recommend!

Perfect location in Seoul!

The property was perfectly located within walking distance from Seoul station which made site seeing and traveling through Korea much easier. The 2 story property is clean and spacious. Management was very responsive replying within minutes of requests we made. The 8 of us made excellent use of the full kitchen utilizing Lotte mart at Seoul station for groceries. Would definitely stay again! Sleeping arrangements were easy with the kids and teens upstairs and the adults using downstairs bedrooms. beds in the downstairs bedrooms.

I lived in New York for seven years with my husband, who studied at Pratt Institute. During that time, I ran a beauty salon on 2nd Avenue and 38th Street.

After returning to Korea, I worked for five years as a marketing brand manager and director at Unilever Korea and LG Household & Health Care. Later, I became an art dealer and had the privilege of working with world-renowned galleries in New York, London, and Düsseldorf — introducing blue-chip artists to the Korean art scene.

Through those years, I traveled to many cities around the world and stayed in some truly inspiring Airbnb homes. Those experiences shaped my idea of what a “special stay” can feel like.

Since 2017, I’ve been hosting three unique and thoughtfully designed spaces of my own. I look forward to welcoming guests who appreciate meaningful design, warmth, and a touch of art in the spaces they stay.
