Amazing location! This 3BR 3 Full Bathroom condo is located in Building 17H and is directly across from our wonderful pool and jacuzzi on Pinehurst lane. Perfect for any family, kid friendly location. You golfers will love it as well. After your day out on one of our local courses you will return and can immerse yourself just steps away from your front door in our wonderful jacuzzi. This is an end unit on the second floor. You have a private staircase to your front door. No noisy units above you and bright sunshine through the many windows on the side of your unit. A screened porch is the perfect place to sit and relax in the morning with your coffee or a glass of wine later in the evening. Restaurant and golf course information will be available at the condo when you arrive. Live music can be found most nights during the summer at one of our many local eateries. This unit blows cold A/C and is very comfortable during the hot summer months, just replaced 4/22. This very clean and comfortable condo awaits your arrival. If your looking for a place to stay here in Pawleys, look no further!

Your kitchen is fully stocked with the pots and pans that will allow you to prepare a home cooked meal, but why not just eat out in one of our many restaurants?

High Speed internet and cable tv is also included with this rental. TV's in each of the three bedrooms as well as one in the living room. Most of the TV's are smart ones and are connected to the internet.

Feel like a day trip, how about a visit to Charleston, SC. Take a carriage ridge through the historic district, or visit Boone Farm Plantation in Mt. Pleasant and take a tour of this plantation. Complete with live oak trees over 400 yrs old!

Pawleys Island beach has public parking and is a 5 minute car ride from the condo.

Finish your day with HOME MADE ICE CREAM!!!! Make sure to head over to Scoops in Pawleys, across from Publix. The flavors change daily so make sure to visit to try your favorite one.

Great short stay

Spent 3 nights while visiting family during the holidays so basically just slept there. A few minor inconveniences but noy enough to discourage is from visiying again minorfew

Enjoyable

Pool & hot tub right outside the door. Many golf courses available. Beach 5 minute drive. Stop at the clubhouse for a delicious breakfast on the 18th hole.

BEST VACATION EVER

We can't say enough good things about our vacation to Pawleys Island. This was our first time and it definitely won't be our last.. and we will absolutely book this condo again. The owners were super responsive, friendly and accommodating. The condo was spotless, spacious and filled with everything we needed! The location was amazing. It was the perfect vacation rental for my family.

Family wedding

Property was very clean well-stocked kitchen and home, nice comfy beds and plenty of linens. Great location! Enjoyed the minute walk to the pool! I actually thought the condo shows nicer in person than the photos. Would definitely stay here again.

Long Weekend Stay

The condo was beautiful and clean. The kids loved being so close to the pool. The resort was close to great restaurants and grocery stores, and of course the beach!!!! Pete was a wonderful host. He was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to questions. We'll definitely be back!

Golf trip...clean and comfortable accomodations. Owner was prompt with any questions.

Great Location- Great Host

This condo inside True Blue golf community is a great place to winter! We were here for 2 months and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Pete is a very responsive host who lives close by & is very focused on making sure you enjoy your stay. The condo has plenty of room and is nicely appointed. The outdoor screened in deck overlooks a wooded area with the golf course in view. It is a very relaxing quiet spot.

Large Condo

The location was great for our group. The condo was in great shape and had everything we needed. If we play golf in that area again, I would definitely rent this again.

Pawleys Island

This is a very nice resort with big Golf course swimming Pools and tennis courts. We enjoyed riding our bikes around the resort. The condo was in a guite area and had a wonderful screened in porch to enjoy. The 3 full baths is great for families! The only thing there were a few things in disrepair. The courner cabinet in kitchen hinge was broken and couldnt open it without it falling down.There was minimal pots and pans for cooking. There was no streaming TV in living room,but had them in bedrooms. In all fairness we didnt mention either problem as we were only there 1 week and didnt want to deal with it. We only cooked 1 meal but would have probably cooked more . The pool across the road was definitely a plus as was the cool AC! I would recommend this condo if the owner did a few small repairs
