You'll find 2 inviting bedrooms with hotel quality king and queen beds. Guests enjoy amenities like 85-inch TV equipped with Bowers & Wilkins stereo system and streaming of your favorite apps; WiFi included. Full size washer & dryer, AC, dishwasher and coffee bar make this your home away from home. This rental is directly adjacent to The Silver Oaks wedding venue, Winthrop's premier wedding spot featuring beautiful green space, an indoor & outdoor bar, and firepit blending rustic with glam aesthetic. Convenience is unmatched for event-going at this luxury wedding retreat where you can easily walk to your event without having to worry about parking and transportation. Plenty of parking for at least 6 vehicles with overflow capacity for an additional charge. Favorite local spots include restaurants White Duck Brew Pub and Weathervane Restaurant & Lounge for lakeside dining and live music and Fast Eddies for a retro treat. Norcross Point local park and boat launch is just 1 mile from our location; a perfect place to launch your boat or kayak or catch some tunes at the park's summertime concert series.

Additional provisions can be provided for our pint-sized guests: We are able to supply portable crib, highchair, booster chair, stroller, etc to make your stay easier.

Family wedding

This property is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located—just steps away from the Silver Oaks wedding venue next door. The home was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could need. From fun games to travel-size toothbrushes and toothpaste, every detail was considered to make our stay feel extra special.
