Nestled in the serene woods, escape and discover the beauty of Franklin from this 3-bedroom lodge. DeerRidge Lodge offers a cozy retreat for nature lovers and peace seekers alike. We are pet friendly with a $100 pet fee upon booking. Each bedroom features a cozy queen bed and TV, perfect for a soothing night's sleep. With amenities like Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and hair dryers, guests can relax and unwind. The lodge also offers a living room with a comfy sofa bed for additional space. A fully stocked kitchen gives any cooking lover everything needed to prepare a meal or appetizers, prepare holiday dinners, even bake cookies or cupcakes.

The Lower Lounge is a cozy fun space to enjoy a card game, watch your favorite sports team or a movie with a large Smart TV. Adults and kids will have a blast in the game room located in the Lower Lounge. The game room is equipped with a basketball hoop, foosball, and board games. Enjoy the hot tub located on The Lower Lounge deck along with plenty of seating and corn hole game boards. The Lower Lounge offers plenty of space to unwind and enjoy. The best part, you don't have to go upstairs for a beverage or coffee. The Lower Lounge has its own kitchenette with wet bar and a coffee station.

Our charming lodge cabin blends rustic charm with modern comforts, featuring warm wood interiors, a wood burning fireplace, 3 spacious decks perfect for outdoor entertaining, relaxing in the swing, reading in the chaise lounge, and stargazing in the evenings. The back deck offers picnic table seating, fire pit, rocking chairs, and BBQ for the grill master in the group.

Surrounded by towering trees and the gentle sounds of wildlife, it's an ideal escape for hiking, unwinding, or simply soaking in the beauty of Tennessee countryside. Down yonder, a short drive takes you to Historic Downtown Franklin which offers an abundance of fabulous restaurants, bars, and shopping. Fixin to wet your whistle and kick up your boots, enjoy the energy of Downtown Broadway in the heart of Nashville just minutes away. Leipers Fork, a quaint small-town village with unique antique stores, home goods, art galleries, eateries and live music and entertainment is not far. Y'all enjoying time in Leipers Fork, well you just might get lucky and catch a famous entertainer at the local bar, Fox & Locke.

Very clean and looks just like the pictures. Was a great home to relax at in the evenings after exploring the local towns. The hot tub was perfect and we even were able to use the fireplace due to a couple chilly nights. All your needs were met from cooking supplies to bathroom necessities. Home is only 20-25 minute drive to Nashville and the town of Franklin was fun to explore from shops to food to parks! Host was very responsive and kind. Would highly recommend this home.

I can honestly say this was one of the nicest places I have stayed. The setting was picturesque, the accommodations top of the line and the amenities went above and beyond. Beautiful, well-stocked cabin in the wood. Feels very isolated but very close to restaurants and shopping so location is superb! Beds are very comfortable and showers are nice. Only recommendations-window coverings downstairs for sleeping on pullout couch and adding an ice cream scoop!

Long weekend at Deer Ridge Lodge

We needed a place close to family and still close enough to get to Nashville easily. This property worked great for that. An ideal place to unwind on the porch or the back deck. We could have easily just stayed at the property and relaxed. Would definitely recommend for a low-key weekend in the Brentwood/Franklin area.

Great private and peaceful property. Beautifully decorated. Fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar. The s’mores kit was a nice treat we wished we had more time for. Especially loved the comfortable beds, cornhole set and rocking chairs. A Walgreens and Target are a short drive away. I would highly recommend this stay to others. Thanks for a great stay! Beautiful lodge on private wooded lot minutes to historic Franklin and convenient to Nashville. We were greeted by deer as we arrived! House is immaculately clean, very comfortable with high end appliances and modern bathrooms. Wonderful kitchen if you enjoy cooking, open to spacious dining and living rooms. Stylish bar area fully equipped for cocktail hour. Lower level is perfect for tweens and teens with a great game room. Great communication with host. Our entire stay was a pleasure. This house has everything you need for a perfect family get together. Serene and relaxing, we would love to return.
