The open lanai faces the beach — the right spot for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or catching the Gulf breeze at the end of a beach day. Partial Gulf views from the unit give you a sense of the water without the full Gulf-front premium, which is reflected in the pricing.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided with the unit so you arrive at the water ready to go — no renting, no packing gear. The beach itself is steps away.

Inside, the condo is well laid out for four guests. The master bedroom has a king bed. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. Two full bathrooms keep the morning routine manageable. The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home. A full-size washer and dryer in the unit handles the week's beach clothes. High-speed WiFi and flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms cover the evenings.

The large heated pool is available for all building guests. Covered parking is included with the unit.

The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby for exploring the full length of the island without moving your car once you've parked.

Bridgeport Condo 211 requires a one-week minimum stay. Not pet-friendly.

Unit was as described very clean and spacious. The pool was really nice and the water was nice and warm especially since it was cold when we were there.

Loved our stay, great location, beaches, shopping, restaurant's ,bars All easily walkable. But if needed there's the trolly, bus ,or bikes. The heated pool was excellent. Only downside was the city construction going on and parking lot construction due to hurricane damage and also the elevators was out of order the whole time. We knew some of this coming into it but didn't initially realize it was going go on throughout our whole 6 week stay. I believe the elevator is scheduled to be begin repairs in January. Parking lot repairs should be done any day.

Wonderful spring break! The only downside is the noise. The traffic starts early and is very noisy if you sleep in the master bedroom. Other than that, it's a great place!

Traffic noise when sitting on porch looking at beautiful view totally ruined it. Very loud vehicles trucks, motorcycles and very loud cars. I wouldn't stay in that condo 211 again but another one away from road would be fine. Wonderful location across from beach, nice pool.

Road noise was pretty loud and the sliders didn't keep any of it out of the unit. The only item in the unit that needs some work is the kitchen faucet, it leaks unless you turn it off directly in the middle. Small item, but should be fixed so you don't waste water. Overall the unit was great and met all our needs. PS: very comfortable bed in the main bedroom!

Because the Eagles were playing, they let us into the spare bedroom where we watched the game. They finished about a hour later. The job they were responsible for was "Good" not great.Inside the kitchen cabinets,the silverware drawer, the pots and pans were a disgrace. Everything was greasy and had crumbs in the cabinets and silverware drawer. We cleaned everything, one day was wasted.I do not believe it's the cleaners job to clean that, it should be the responsibility of the owners and the renters that were there before us. It's noisy because you are right on the corner of Cortez and Ocean, but we understood that when we signed. Condo was great (except for the above) pool was cleats and warm. Patio would have been nicer if there was a table and chairs not plastic chairs. We are going back next year hoping the kitchen is clean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part-good experience. Traffic noisy at times. Also with roofing extra noise. The whole place needs a lot of outside updates. Our unit was clean for the most part. The lanai needs power washing. I scrubbed floor twice before getting grime cleaned up from floor. Kitchen cabinet with pots and pans needs to be organized. Bed comfortable and linens appropriate. Living room furniture comfortable. We are staying in the same complex next year so hoping most improvements are done. Met some very nice people so hoping we can reconnect next year.

Kitchen has tons of pots, pans and dishes to cook and not junk items like other places have. The pool was nice and heated which helped in the cooler nights. It was great to have a washer and dryer, but it would have been nice to have a door on the wash room because it was loud. The whole building was very loud. You could hear street traffic all day and night and the walls are thin. You can hear your neighbors cook and do laundry. But I read the other reviews and knew that coming in. The only other issue was it was very, very bright. It would have been nice to have black out curtains in the bedrooms.

Staff was rude, had to practically beg for beach chairs, there were none when we arrived lost our first day at the beach finally got some late that day after calling 3 times not the ideal vacation place.
