Great Condo and Great Location

Absolutely loved our stay at this condo. Centrally located and right across the street from Publix and Shopping Center (Pizza, Ice Cream, Ivan's Island). Will definitely look to stay here whenever we return to AMI.

Close but quiet

Away from the busier bars and restaurants, it is still close to the beach, and the pool. Everything was great.

Sweet Summer Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised how much the apartment was fully stocked, particularly the kitchen. Would stay here again. 5 minute walk to manatee beach, which has lots of public parking, and across the street from Publix.

Great place/location

Please is as listed. Owner is very communicative. Spacious and bright condo, nice pool. Not right in the thick of things on AMI but easy enough to get around. We didn't even rent a car, just used the free trolley.

Enjoyable stay in Anna Marie Island

I made the reservations for my In-laws, they are 85 years old and very hard to please. This Host helped to satisfy their needs, bless her heart. The unit worked out very well, they used it instead of going to their physical therapy, and help them build their conference by going up and down stairs.

Perfect!

We loved our stay here! Close to everything you needed but tucked far enough away for privacy and quiet. Location was perfect! The grounds were well taken care of and we enjoyed our time at the pool. Beaches and restaurants were close by and easily accessible. The condo itself was clean and well maintained. If we make it back to Anna Maria Island we would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your property with us!

Beautiful Place

I’m giving this place four stars because it is a beautiful, clean, friendly place to stay,. It’s close to everything. We had a wonderful time. The reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the two twin beds are terribly uncomfortable like sleeping on a board. Otherwise it was perfect

Great hideaway

condo is in great location to all beaches and across the streets from a shopping center that has pretty much everything you need. Publix, CVS Walgreens etc. You can walk to beach just a few blocks away if you want to stay close but plenty of other beach location by car 10 min away. Apartment has all amenities needed for cooking and washing if needed. Perfect location. Would stay again.

Nice Condo, very quiet, good view and location.

The condo was very nice. We were in Unit 209 and the view over top the trees was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, plates, glasses, etc. The only problem was the dishwasher did not get the dishes clean, but I did email the owner and I believe they will fix or replace it. Let the reader know that the parking is under the unit, so you are really going up the stairs to the 3rd story (no elevator). The heated pool was big and we enjoyed it.

Beautiful condo, excellent location and amenities

Very comfortable and clean condo, just as described. Well stocked with ample linens. All kitchen amenities made our cooking adventures possible, though we enjoyed visiting local restaurants on the island. Convenient to markets and the beach. Really enjoyed the bikes as they allowed us to explore the island and nature preserves in a new way! We usually stay on the north end of the island as we enjoy the convenience of walking on the beach BUT we were surprised at how convenient it was to access the gulf beaches from this location. The heated pool was an added plus and we enjoyed a few afternoons there as well. The owners were helpful and responded to our questions prior to booking very quickly and they returned our security deposit as promised. In all, a very nice rental experience. Will look forward to a future stay!

Great stay at a very clean and comfy condo

The property was very neat and clean. Lots of linens and kitchen utensils. Spotless property and would definitely recommend and stay at the premises again. Only one complaint was that the pool area was not the cleanest and water was a little cloudy. Hard to get into also with key supplied.

Lovely spring break

The beach was maybe a 6-7 minute walk and having the wagon made it easy! The condo was spacious and comfortable. We usually came back to the pool around 5 and enjoyed relaxing and swimming there, too. We REALLY enjoyed Island Boat Tours with Louis, that was our one and only outing.
