Waterfront Intracoastal Semi-Detached Family Home, pool, walk to the beach and downtown Lauderdale by the Sea.

Florida is an excellent rental for families or larger groups. Three bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, a large living room, a kids' billiard table, laundry, a pool area with a Tiki Hub, a BBQ grill, plenty of lounge chairs, and an outdoor table on the waterway. It is a quiet family neighborhood, centrally located two blocks from the beach and 5 minutes from the entertainment area of Lauderdale by the Sea—twenty minutes from the airport. Getting to golf, fishing, shopping, casinos, and nightlife is easy.
Enjoy Real Florida living. Please let us know what you need to make your vacation all you want.

Kitchen: 1 paper towel, a few trash bags, 1 sponge, and 1 liquid dish soap.

Extremely basic. Plan to bring your own shower gel, dishwasher pods, and you are allotted 2 rolls of tp. If you ask that we run the dishwasher, at least provide soap! The furniture and decor is from a 90s thrift store. Host is abrasive and unaccommodating. The pool was dirty from the time we checked in until we left. And the rusty tool on the picnic table was not left by us! If the price had been At least reasonable, we would have less to complain about. But at this price, we felt at least basics should be provided.

i am sorry if this house was not suitable for you. Tf you were reading the arrival information that we sent you or the listing, etc., you will notice that we supply only initial items. Sorry if it's not our fault you didn't read what we sent you. Our furniture is not from a thrift store, as you said, but from Room to Go and is not old at all, a few years old. Our mattress is memory foam, and the beds are from Wayfair. The swimming pool was not dirty during your stay because I have pictures of the pool guy sent me the day that he cleaned, which it was during your time. Of course, with Florida weather, if debris falls into the pool, you have a skimmer to clean the pool as you wish. You rented unit A and had a large green wooden table that was not rusted. Probably you used a table that was not for unit A, which, if you are reading our emails, you will know. Also, if you complain about the price and the furniture, why did you book this duplex? You should have booked something more suitable for your needs. For future renters, the duplex is exactly as the pictures in the listing show. The pool is serviced weekly by a professional pool service. The initial items we supply are: 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom 1 roll of Paper towel 1 dish sponge Liquid hand soap for each bathroom and kitchen A few trash bags dish liquid soap Best Regards Sabrina

Everything was awesome. This house is in a great location and you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. We loved having the dock and the pool was nice and warm. The house was equipped with everything we needed!! Communication was great and we would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the home! It is exactly as advertised. There were no issues the entire time we were there. The hosts provide everything you need to cook, go to the beach, and feel like you're at home. We spent so many hours relaxing in the pool, surrounded by palm trees, living our best life. We also loved the outdoor dining area and the tiki hut. The walk to the beach was only a few minutes, made much easier by the wagon they have to transport everything. It is about a 7 minute walk to Lauderdale by the Sea. There are many bars and restaurants there, as well as our favorite coffee shop in the world, Crema. There is no need for a rental car, as UBER will show up within 5 minutes of requesting a ride. It is quieter than the rest of Fort Laudedale, situated in a nice area. The owners have all the TV apps like Netflix ready to use. We couldn't have enjoyed this place more. It was very hard to leave! Sabrina is a sweetheart and will do anything she can to make sure you are happy during your stay.

Great family rental

Our family loved staying at this rental. It was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The backyard pool was great and the location was perfect, a short walk to the beach.

A nice get away

Great space, bedroom are well spread out so good for sound. Lots of kids gear ( playpen, stroller, high chair) GORGEOUS outdoor space. Covered area if it rains, beautiful peaceful view of the intercoastal. We had the pool heated, it was very warm! Kids loved it. The bath is a bit old. If you plan on bathing children, bring an inflatable pool, that you can blow up directly in the bath so it’s clean. As an adult, I just wore shower flipflop(which I do in most locations anyways) Great location, nice walk to pharmacy, restaurants, beach. If you don’t enjoy walking you can park.

Great getaway vacation

This is a great vacation spot! We enjoyed breakfast by the pool overlooking the intracoastal waterway. It’s a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Previous reviews mention dated furniture - true but still very comfortable. We would return.

Clean place in a great location, but very hot when temps were only mid to upper 80's.More standing oscillating fans would help, and ceiling fans in front bedrooms are small and move too slow to cool the rooms down
