Great Location

Very walkable to all surrounding restaurants, beaches, and activities in Lauderdale by the Sea. Enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Excellent location and comfy house

It is well kept and all that you need to enjoy the beach, and home, are provided. We sat mornings on the patio and listened to the birds in trees, swam in the pool in the warm afternoons and cooked on the bbq at night. Very nice area and home! Close to beach and restaurants yet feels like a neighborhood.

Weekend holiday vacation

Eddie is a great host; he was very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay! The home is picture perfect as advertised! The location is a few blocks from the beach and lots of cool places to hang out! My morning walks on the beach were so peaceful! This home is “Definitely” a hidden gem and we will be back soon.

My cleanest and most convenient rental so far! Don’t hesitate, so worth it.

Rent rent rent! Don’t hesitate, the location is great, the unit has absolutely everything you need. The owners just thought of everything from beach chairs, to coolers, everything you need in the kitchen, all the little extras that make the difference. 5 minute walk to great restaurants, night life and beach. The pool was clean and great to use after a day at the beach. I definitely recommend this place.

Great for a quiet getaway

The owners were easy to communicate with and very accommodating with our unusual arrival and departure times. The house was just as pictured in the listing. Everything still felt fresh & recently rehabbed. I appreciated the collapsible wagon, beach chairs & extra towels and outdoor shower so that we could get the sand off before we came inside. The pool was lovely, shaded and big enough to share with other guests when we found ourselves out there with other guests. The area was easy to navigate on foot and we found everything that we needed close by. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Beautiful and great location

We had a great experience staying here! The property was private and in a quieter location..about three or four blocks to the beach. The house was very clean and decorated with a subtle but colorful beach theme. We had some trouble getting the electronic door lock to operate but I’m sure it was my fault for not understanding how to use it. We were able to lock up the doors with a hard copy key however. Would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent location to enjoy LBS by foot

The house is in a great location. You walk to the beach and to all the restaurants in 5 min, and you don’t need to rent a car if you are ok with staying local to LBS. the Owner was always responsive. There were a few negatives. There was no working heat in the living room/kitchen during a FL cold spell. The owner ordered heaters off Amazon which eventually arrived, but the fact remains the home was very cold for the coldest of the days we rented with no heat in that area of the house. Also the couch at the home, a pullout, is not the same as the couch depicted onVRBO. There should be updated photos. And the couch itself was a bit dirty under the cushions when we pulled it out to use. Overall a good stay.

Our stay was very nice, our unit was decorated beautifully. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Pool was a bonus nice and warm. Good job Seagrape villa Bella, would recommend.

Accueillant, très propre et très bien situé.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. La communication a été très facile et aidante avec l’hôte. L’appartement est très lumineux, très propre, bien équipé, dont des chaises et parasol pour la plage. Le lit et divan-lit sont très confortables. Le jardin est superbe. La piscine aussi. Nous sommes à quelques minutes de la plage et de plusieurs bons restaurants. Le quartier est très calme. L’édifice comprend 4 appartements qui se partagent la piscine. Nous avons eu une confusion sur le nombre de chambres, selon le détail de l’hébergement c’est inscrit 2 chambres, mais il n’y en a qu’une et un bon divan-lit.

Fabulous

Loved this beautiful property. Close to restaurants and beach. Pool was an oasis. Want to live there full time! LOL. Hope to return in the spring.
